Also the housekeeper - again can't remember name.
Proximity & ease of driving to LLU medical center was excellent.

Conveniently located in Old Town Temecula and a pickup/dropoff location for the Grapeline Winery shuttle bus, which we reserved for the Big Red Fest. The front desk gave us waters, which was an excellent call! We could also easily walk to bar/restaurant options for dinner. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles. No issues at all with the room, would definitely stay here again! Oh and right now there was a big nest with some ravens above the Hampton Inn sign, thought that was adorable :)

Low traffic, good mall, good shopping all around.
Low traffic, good mall, good shopping all around. Love the evening ocean breeze that comes in over the mountains. Close to the Temecula wineries. Not too far from San Diego. There is a great dog boarding facility 1.5 mi. away. Quiet rooms - no loud road noise. Good parking.

We love Murrieta!
We love Murrieta! We used to live there and always found so much to do and see, like hiking at the Santa Rosa Plateau, camping at Lake Skinner, enjoying the Balloon and Wine Festival, seeing local live theater productions, shopping, watching Storm baseball, visiting old towns in all the surrounding cities, going to Tom's Farms, and taking short drives to the beach and the mountains! It's an easy day trip to Orange County, which is the home of Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. San Diego is an easy drive on the 15 to the harbor, downtown, pro baseball, and missions. Take a train trip from Corona to the coast and then ride the rails up or down the coast and back.

Murrieta and the greater Elsinore/Temecula vicinity has...
Murrieta and the greater Elsinore/Temecula vicinity has changed and grown dramatically since 1986, which is when I moved from Hemet to Northern California. Back then, Murrieta and Temecula were merely waypoints along old US 395. At best, there were a few ranches and sparsely situated commercial enterprises adjacent highway 395. I miss the old ruralness of southern Riverside County.
I’ve been using booking and Airbnb for many many years, but I have never stayed in someone else’s house with them in the United States. However, the host made it very comfortable. This is a large home in quiet neighborhood. And the bed that I slept in was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I love that they had lots of towels and washcloths. If you just need a room and a bed for a night or two… Or a few… This place is great, and it was much less than the hotels in the area.
The breakfast was adequate - I liked the waffles. Very small crowded room however. Would have been nice to have some fresh fruit other than oranges which had to be peeled.
Additionally, although loud, the air conditioning the hotel room worked well.
The house was large, comfortable, and well stocked. We had Thanksgiving dinner there, and had everything we needed to make it a nice family event/meal. Beautiful back yard, and central for Murrieta and Temecula. Close to shopping, malls, etc.
Paid for triple room. Sofa bed not made and after complaining , we were given sheets to make the bed ourselves. Sofa bed did not fit in room and created a safety hazard. Second day, beds were not made and no clean towels. Terrible hotel.
The room was so clean, service was friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent and dining area was clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to services and freeway. The rooms have a small fridge and microwave; and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower/toilet area.
This property was fraudulently represented as a 3.5 star hotel while actually it is a residential vacation rental with that should not be rated with a hotel rating system.
staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet - I rarely heard the other guests, good hot breakfast every morning
Everything, quite hotel , friendly staff, professional manager , cleaning & room service are great and breakfast is super delicious , recommend for Murrieta visit
