No hot water... People drinking outside my room...wake up call every morning by the room yelling next door.. The good news is housekeepers made me feel special every day with utilizing my special blanket on the bed.......recommendation it is not the place to stay.
Breakfast and location are great. One of the best sets of options for breakfast anywhere. location good too but that Speen St. "cloverleaf" is a Massachusetts engineering nightmare-or maybe a child drew it with a crayon, who knows. Great access to Natick Mall, Wegman's, Legal Seafoods, all. Housekeeping and staff very helpful-housekeeping responded to requests very quickly and staff had great tips.
Breakfast was not compilatory so, that was a drawback especially, since Dunkin Donuts was north of the hotel meaning could only pull out of the driveway to the south so, that made it extremely difficult to go get coffee in the morning. If fact, so hard it wasn't worth going after it. Location was good. Close to both routes 9 and the Mass Pike and easily accessible.
I needed to be close to the Logan Express to take the very early morning bus to the airport, and this location was great. If I had had a car, I could have spent time at the Natick Mall, which is about 2 minutes away from the hotel, so if a traveler has wheels, the Hampton Inn, Natick is a perfect place to be.
Having stayed at this hotel before, and recently at a Marriott across the street, the service at this property was less than expected and no where near what it used to be. We stayed our last three nights at another hotel in Boston, which was much better.
Very nice inside. Thematic design. There are many paintings, posters, there are old telephone booths. Motorbike. For children it is interesting. Bright colors. Good location of the hotel. Free parking. Good wifi. Good soundproofing. Clean linen.
The property was very well maintained. I really liked their entrance with the hanging plants on the wall! It was a warm welcoming area with the fire place lit and all of the beautiful lighting fixtures throughout.
The hotel looks okay from the outside, but inside it is a quirky, beautiful place. Great location overall, and especially for those who need to take the Framingham-Logan Airport shuttle.
