Excellent hotel. At O'Hare airport and one can walk to teminal buildings via underrground tunnels. One also very conveniently take the monorail to various terminals or the long term parking and car rentals location. Romm was very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent.

The room was great for the night I stayed. It was convenient to have Bar Louie next to the Lobby. Cleanliness was also good.
It was a convenient location since I was going to a concert at Rosemount Theater.
