Front desk clerk was confused, did not know her job, was rude. The room appeared to be in repairs or remodeling. When we asked the clerk for another room she said she did not have any. We had to pull the mattresses that were propped against the wall to the floor so we could get some sleep. Everything was dirty and smelled. A really bad experience!

Wyndham website did mention this location was under construction due to hurricane damage but it should have provided more detail. Booking did not mention this at all and that was a big disappointment for us. Now I feel we will need to check other info to be sure Booking.com is inaccurate.

Room does not smell clean and fresh. The floor is sticky. The top of the desk is sticky and slimy. The toilet is clogged. Even though we're offered to another room but the cleanliness is not better. The toilet is not clogged though. Thanks God that we stay there for only on day.

Really a nice and quiet city with surroundings very interesting. Sinabel Island is not far away so you can enjoy beaches and also easy biking . And more if you have time and love beautiful cars, go to Naples in 5th on friday or saturday evening. You just sit and look cars passing: Mercedes is the most affordable , then Porsche, Lamborghini, Maserati, many many Mustangs and of course Aston Martin.

Staying there is a great way to save some serious bucks if you are going to the beach at Sanibel Island. It's about a thirty-minute trip and the drive is beautiful. We didn't get to explore much of Ft. Myers but the bits we did see were very nice indeed. We plan to visit again and spend more time getting to know the town.

The staff was amazing from minute one. The room was clean and huge, with a patio first floor, or balcony above, ALL with phenomenal views of the river. The free breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, English muffins, cereal, apples, bananas, coffee, tea and juices. It was the best stay of our trip. I wish it was for.longer. When I'm in Fort Myers, I know for certain where i will be staying. Thanks again to EVERY staff memeber I interacted with or even passed on the property. 100% smiled and spoke.

It's a 50-50 prop. Room smelled ok. Some renovation. My side had view of water. Mostly quiet on that side. I usually criticize hotels for spending all their money on the exterior stuff. At least they allocated the money they did invest in the rooms. Even if furniture was likely bought at bankruptcy auctions/sales. Shower curtain was labeled as a major chain hotel. Good slat curtains.

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. No room service, had to go to desk to get towels everyday. Old, dirty and rundown. Way over priced for what it is. Would NOT recomend. Oh and my bathroom door scraped the celing every time the door was opened or closed.

Excellent views of the water and we spent a lot of time on the balcony having coffee in the morning and watching the sunset at night. It's the views that are the highlight of this hotel. Great hotel for your four-legged family members too.
