Once Covid-19 restrictions are over, a hot breakfast will make it a MUST stay in hotel. Pre-packed breakfast did not have lots of choices for our diet (Mulsim Family), when we complained, we were offered a free breakfast from Panera Bread near by ($39 cost) to ensure we were satisfied and asked what else can they add to the next day breakfast to ensure we have a good breakfast. Simply, Amazing customer service.

The sliding privacy curtain wasn't expected and came in handy. I can't speak on the towels or dishes in the room because I, for the most part, dont use hotel towels or dishes. But the dishes looked clean. The fridge was clean, as was the sink and countertop. I never opened the dishwasher, so I can't speak on it. Wifi was good. Cable TV. Nothing fancy, but served its purpose as somewhere to crash for 2 nights while my days were full of errands and activities. Breakfast was ok, but they had bananas, coffee and bottled water all day which was convenient for a quick snack. Parking was easy. Overall and very nice hotel. Will plan to stay there again when I come back to MI.
