Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Summer (the desk agent) was a pleasant welcome during the check in and out process. She provided me with the needed cost to upgrade my room to the bay view (which I happily took) and came around the counter to explain the hotel details and hand me my room key. If for no other reason I would absolutely come back for the front desk customer service and the comfortable room. There was a lady who worked in the office off of the bar in the direction of the gym who was extremely rude. I asked Summer where I could smoke, because this is a smoke free facility. I followed protocol and smoked at the end of the parking lot near the mini golf building. She first drove her grey Toyota in the parking lot like a bat out of hell (obviously late for work) and looked at me very NASTY which prompted me to say HELLO loudly. She continued to look at me with disgust, without a response. I understand smoking isn't everyone's forte, but if this is your job you should at least try not to look at your guest with disgust.
