An outlet outside by the driveway to charge my Tesla was the best perk! “That’s what it’s there for!” They said :-)
The huge Elk roaming around peacefully was really neat to witness. They’re so close you can actually smell them!

Loved the views and how clean the place was. The hosts were absolutely amazing and were so welcoming! We got to see some whales from the deck. The property is very well kept. There was a dreamy amount of flowers surrounding the property. The instructions were easy to follow for checking in and checking out. Location, location and location - it is directly across the road from the Trillium Fall Trail, one of the highlights of our trip. You can’t get closer to it than this property! Just walk across the road and you are surrounded by beautiful shades of green everywhere. And the property is so very cute. It is very clean, with a simulated wood burning stove that kept the place nice and toasty (it is gas powered). Nice shower, a comfy bed and because it is open concept, the whole place feels very spacious. It has pretty fast internet even though it’s in the middle of nowhere. The directions from the host were very clear - and we appreciate the heads up to have the directions downloaded and groceries purchased before getting to the property.

The location was terrific, as we were interested in exploring Redwoods National and State Parks. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the open space inside as well as the location outside. We were away from the main road, so it was very quiet and secluded. We were also really able to enjoy the night skies there, as there was no light pollution where we were.
Both parking on-site and free Wifi are available at Redwood Farmhouse in the Orick Valley.

The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and with everything you might need. The garage has been transformed into a game room and the kids had lots of fun there. It is located minutes away from the coast and great hikes. I totally recommend it.

The unit was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were so thin we could hear the people on the other side of the wall. There were only two high, hard chairs to sit on and the place was tiny. I thought it would be larger than a hotel room, but it wasn't. There was nowhere to sit outside, although the photos showed a table and two chairs on the deck. They were not there. We tried to cancel our reservation after the first night, but the owner would not consider any refunds. I would not recommend staying there and would never stay there again.

The house was delightful--spacious, clean, comfortable, and with a great sense of retro design. But it was hard to find food for meals--only a small market open in town and no restaurants operating. The location is great if you're interested in the Redwoods or the coast, but be prepared--get groceries in advance.
