Everything was good the shower took a little time warming up but other than that I will stay again the price is right and that's the reason I stayed it's 2 hours from the Grand canyon but I think the next time I stay will be more closer

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice.

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice. It was also very clean! Traveling from Las Vegas I think would be better than whAt we did? We came from Flagstaff and it was a long drive because that is really all there is in the area. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive out.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great. Getting to actual location was confusing. No lights on highway or signs that were visible. Suggest to anyone: get there before it gets dark. Once on property, parking lot was not marked very well. Unable to see where to enter and exit. No arrows or direction signs to actual cabin. They had these small solar lamps leading the way to cabins. No blacktop or paved roads. Vending machines are so far away. No way of walking to them at night, had to get on car and try and find a way to get there

I would not recommend anyone staying there as it is not as advertised on the internet. They kept my money and we left as soon as we got there. I would rather lose the money than stay there and be uncomfortable.

No need to spend the night.

No need to spend the night. You can see all the West rim of the Grand Canyon has to offer in a couple of hours. Nothing else open at the location now. Have to drive to another location to eat-only vending machines at the cabins.

Perfect location for hike to Havasupai nearby! Restaurant on site was affordable and had a decent range of food. Rooms were well-kept and very clean. Mini store on site. Gas station and market conveniently across the street. Oh and ear plugs were avail at front desk for "...loud trains passing" (read about those in guest reviews) but we actually didn't hear any that disrupted our sleep. Highly recommend this place!

Secluded property - peaceful. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple (2) who want their own private cabin near secluded west entrance of Grand Canyon. Staff is friendly and cabin is small but well equipped with ac sm fridge and microwave. Hikes on property were great - also zip line available for more adventurous. Stargazing at night and sunrise in morning memorable!

We were really surprised with hot good cooked breakfast, although it was not included into the hotel price. The portions are giant, good home cooking. To have an available pool in the hot summer day after tour to the bottom of the Grand Canyon is always an advantage. Nice and helpful personnel, clean comfortable rooms. My husband told that he slept like a child.

Really nice hotel. Trains didn't bother us ..we were exhausted. Market across the street has all your needs. Restaurant service was a bit slow but out there on the reservation, everything slows down a bit..its their way of life :-) All the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The cabin is quaint but really puts you in the canyon. The staff in the nearby stores are very friendly. At night we were able to see the stars and you feel like a hike there is a nearby trail to catch the sunrise. It was very convenient to see the canyon near the site.

The reason most people stay at the hotel is to join the River Runners rafting. This is something I highly recommend, a once in a lifetime experience. However it is really the only reason one should stay here.

I am so tired of staying in hotels that all look the same inside and out. This unique out of the way motel allowed me to walk outside room and watch a meteor shower without light pollution.

No Breakfast! Restaurant was closing at 3 pm so we couldn't get any dinner & the nearest was 10 miles away. Room was fair, mattress was very uncomfortable & hotel is in need of repair.
