Check-in was easy. Front desk person, Brooke was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had dinner with friends at the Margaritaville Restaurant which is located in front of the hotel and the food was delicious, service was friendly and quick. Breakfast was what I typically get at any Hampton Inn, it was good and hot. Waffles are my favorite!

Convenient location with restaurant options nearby.

Convenient location with restaurant options nearby. Nice pool but no shaded areas available. Great breakfast and comfy beds. The only downside was one bed was very close to the A/C and tight squeeze to get by. Staff was friendly and helpful!

We were not happy with the stay.

We were not happy with the stay. Everything seemed questionable. And when we reported we saw roaches the lady wasn’t too concerned. For the price we paid for it the room and hotel didn’t meet our expectations.

I liked why I went down there.

I liked why I went down there. I went down there to see my mom. I didn't like anything about the hotel. The bathroom is to small. I think they have bedbugs. I didn't see any but me and my husband were bit about 6 times by something we didn't see. The tv had like 10 channels. The phone didn't work in the first room. The bathtub was dirty. I used the toilet once and it was clogged. My husband tried to plunge it but it didn't work. So we had to call the front desk( from my phone) and get a different room. We got our other room and the fridge was dirty. So was the microwave. The bathroom was a bit cleaner. That's the room me and my husband got bit. We had double beds. My husband got bit 3 times. He woke up, took a shower and came in bed with me. We both got bit the next night. They didn't have a phone in that room. We told the staff we were and they didn't care. We told the staff there wasn't a phone in that room. They just said oh. There was no coffee maker in any of the rooms. And when we checked out. I had to ask for a receipt.

Everyone was great especially the front desk staff

Everyone was great especially the front desk staff He gave us recommendations for dinner that were spot on. The only negative was the bathtub/shower - small and narrow with rounded up floor that made it extremely hard to not have to hang on to grab bar to not slip

First time traveling with our animals. Booked Birmingham location on 65, so we thought. We actually accidentally booked Birmingham-Pelham by mistake. We thought they could at least view our pet-friendly reservation. Turns out no and we had our animals pacing the desk during check-in. We left our room clean and only slept there 6 hours. To in turn get a deep cleaning charge of 185.00. We have contacted the hotel multiple times and have received no response from the hotel general manager.

Location location location. If you are going to a concert at Oak Mountain amphitheatre.....it is perfect. We walked to the concert and when it starting torrential raining.....we walked back to the hotel and changed....walked to Texas Roadhouse right behind the hotel ....then walked back to the concert with dry clothes and shoes. Also it was very clean plus the beds slept great. Could Uber cheap too but it was an easy walk for us.

The hotel is really good. They have everything you need inside the room: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (or you can just boil water in that thing), coffee bags, shampoo, hair conditioner and even a body lotion. The room was clean, breakfast was good (many choices for adults and children). My 3 y.o. ate a lot that morning).

we liked that we could bring our dogs. We liked that we could step outside our door and be able to take our dogs out to potty without having stairs to contend with. We loved the location as well. Plenty of restaurants near by.

I can honestly say that I loved every bit of being at WoodSpring. The beds were so comfortable that I didn't even want to leave. The refrigerator was the perfect size for me along with the rest of the hotel room.

nothing, it is more of a roach motel than a hotel. booking.Com and Ramada both are falsely advertising this hotel and if I could give a negative score on a scale of 1-10 I’d be a -10
