Did not see any breakfast, nor did we receive info about it
We didn't like it. It wasn't clean (rooms elevators) the pool advertised wasn't available, they didn't care. The issues reported were not addressed and they didn't apologize but rather blamed us and denied acceptance- ie we can't control the pool isn't in use. You run a business, fix it, clean it, resolve it or stop advertising it and have cleaning checks. Not worth the overpriced cost and lack of CR.
Front desk was very helpful when we got there but overnight person was weird not to friendly. The hotel
has big Rooms , two Queen beds plus a sofa bed everything was clean, nice area. It has a decent pool. Housekeeping was amazing . After all we had a great weekend place is amazing if you going in big groups or big family this is the place to go!
The location and USP of this hotel lies in the name, "Riverview" and this is brilliant! The hotel location is nice and quiet which suited us just fine.
The room size and facilities, and the bathroom too were just about average for the price paid.
Food and everything was okay. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful lady at the breakfast. Very professional and kind. The hotel is old, but the people definitely make up for that. Lovely bath and soap. Breakfast until 11 is very nice.
Except fancy entrance i haven’t liked anything.shower not working, paid parking , no complementary breakfast at all. No in room service. Customer service at its worst level. Hotel should change from 4 star to MINUS 4 star.
I was a bride that was leaving from this hotel the next day and the front desk clerk helped me out with having my room next to mom and any extra accommodations
It made my stay great without any additional stress
Good location, somewhat close to everything but you stoll will require a reliable means of transportation as there is no bus stops near by. The NJ transit Rahway stop is a 5 min drive away.
There is a pretty nice Salvadoran Caffe Antojitos not far from this piece of hell instead of the hotel. That was the only positive impression of a whole stay at Rahway city.
Room was almost the same as when I stayed for mothers day. This time we stayed towards the back of the hotel. The view was slightly different, it was still wonderful.
