Only 7 miles from Bernardo Winery, Hampton Inn & Suites San Diego-Poway features an outdoor pool. Guest rooms at this California hotel have 32-inch flat-screen cable TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Disappointed, dirty floors, dirty vent, no drawers and was rudely awake by staff to move my car for the Gardners. Ruined my whole day! Not at all worth what I paid for. If not refunded for half of what I paid. I will post to the public.

Good location, very nice room and amenities (TV and channels, fridge, coffee, hair dryer, etc). We have an annual pass to Safari Park and would definitely stay many times again if not for the outrageously bad billing. Considering the Hilton Garden Inn for future visits even though my wife prefers the Marriott when we travel. Room was prepaid at Booking.com and appears on my prior month's credit card statement; unexpected $15 parking fee when we arrived; desk agent charged my credit card $15 for parking AND DOUBLE charged another $143.13 for the prepaid room again; DOUBLE charge and parking appear on my upcoming credit card statement; desk manager insisted that the room was not supposed to be prepaid (BUT IT WAS THE PRIOR MONTH); desk manager refused to refund my credit card for the $143.13 DOUBLE charge and referred us to Booking.com for a credit refund that we have already paid on last months credit card statement. Still have not received the $143.13 credit from Booking.com for the Courtyard's DOUBLE charge. May have to get credit card fraud involved if this is not resolved soon!

    Lobby and location were good.

Lobby and location were good. The rest of hotel was shabby and hallways filthy; entire hotel desperately in need of renovation, cleaning was terrible and made you feel “yuck”. It was shocking for the Hilton brand I love. I’ve never had a worse experience. Do not stay here until they have renovated!

The parking is right up to door of rooms which is nice not to walk to far, but so is other rooms and its loud people coming and going while you try and sleep. Rooms need to be more sound proofed. I think I was told roons get inspected before arrival especiallly cause of covid but i showered and did notice left over soap residue stuck on shower soap dish. My husband showered after and noticed the hard crusty dried out wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod. And the curtains were dusty when we turned on air vents to warm the room i began sneezing. To many people coming and going qnd loud talking it seemed like i was at cheap motel. I really thought with Radisson Hotel it would be a pleasant stay. It was far from it with noise level. Wish there was a security guard to keep mischief out. We went out for coffee early am and man was passed out asleep in his truck with his foot on break and driver door hanging opened. Parking area not secured and didnt feel safe all night with loud music, loud talking and a car alarm going off repeatedly. Horrible sleep experience and I stay in many casino hotels where I get good sleep. Im not a consumer of alcohol or drugs so thats not a reason for the good sleep in other hotels.

Loved the reception area, welcoming with smiley faces and cold drink. Our receptionist was awesome. She was able to cancel one of my room without a fee due to last minute changes....thank you!!! Comfortable bed and clean. Convenient location to many awesome restaurants.

Didn’t see much, I was in town for my granddaughters softball games. But didn’t need to go anywhere the hotel offered enough of what I needed. However I did notice plenty of banks, restaurants and even church within walking distance. Nice area. Not too far from old town San Diego.

I requested a two adjoining rooms. The hotel accommodated that even though I checked in much later than expected. Unfortunately half of my party cancelled on me leaving me holding the back because I was beyond the cancellation deadline. The man behind the counter upon learning of my situation was gracious and allowed me to cancel one of my rooms late into the night, even though they had held both rooms for me all day. By the way, the hotel was very nice and the room and the beds were very clean. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott.

They had live music in the outdoor restaurant, a very nice touch. They offered us a $35.00 room upgrade, we took it. A big waste of our money. We had two huge trees in front of the balcony could not see a thing. The roon on either side of us was vacant. We could have had that room. This hotel is really over priced as it is in need of a major upgrade. It's very pretty at first glance. The golf course, according to my husband was not in good shape either. I don't know what he paid for greens fees. He didn't say.

The room was spacious and clean and we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was FANTASTIC and the service was better than most restaurants in town! Blanca waited on us early in the morning and she was very friendly and professional and she is honestly one of the reasons why we continue to come back to this hotel... because of her! The entire staff is the same way and couldn't be nicer and they are very efficient.

I always leave the room clean- B-4 checking out - & I just noticed I got charged 2wice I only stayed 1 nite - smh

Room size was excellent. Our first breakfast was so poor we declined to continue taking it for the rest of our stay. At the price we paid for a room in a hotel which is undergoing important renovation work with all the inconvenience that entails, the $15 per day car park charge should be waived.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Location was excellent. The room was pleasant, clean, quiet, and comfortable. AC, coffee maker, fridge, tv all were in working order. Although we didn't have a chance to use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. The hotel provides pool towels.
