My room (#14)had a huge spiderweb in the corner the had to have been missed by many housekeeping events.
No staff on location after 6 pm. I was staying alone and was frightened. No security mechanism to prevent the windows from sliding open from the outside. A simple dowel would help.

Such a nice place to stay while in the Rockies!
We looked at a bunch of other places in the area on Booking.com and glad we chose this one. Trailborn definitely has a fresh and fun vibe, and is really well maintained.
Rooms were warm, and the marketplace had a bunch of local products we used during our stay.
Hotel staff was warm and friendly, rooms were great and well appointed, we loved the giant fire in the back patio!
Front desk was helpful in booking a small trip into the park and recommending local restaurants in the area.
On our last day we were delighted to see Elk walking down just by the parking lot across town!
