These the people that run this motel are trash. They treat people like trash. If I had a Read more of the reviews. I would have never rented a room for him. I rented a room as a gift for my nephew. They went to the room and told him he had to leave. They proceeded to call the cops on him for no reason. My nephew is of legal age.
And there is no law saying that you can not rent a room for another individual. Anybody that's thinking about renting a room in Fort Smith, Arkansas, "PLEASE STAY AWAY" from the Red Roof Inn on Garrison Avenue! Every travel site should discontinue service with this motel. I went to other platforms to check reviews. After this incident, this motel has done this exact thing to countless people.

The location was very good, nice neighborhood, quiet, well kept with a lot of food options near by. we were able to walk our dog safely with a extensive sidewalk and lawn toward the airport.

Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms. Once we shut our door to our room we couldn't hear a thing. Nice big rooms along with comfy beds. Location wasn't the best . Just not much to do around there but if you have the time Van Buren and Fort Smith are about 15 minutes away I believe. We did some antique shopping there and had a great visit. Definitely will visit again. Really nothing negative to say.

The town itself is very small and no real shopping advantages, but the Interstate Inn is close by some eating establishments. The four star restaurant was our favorite place locally to eat and adjacent to the Cherokee Casino. No problem getting on or off Interstate I-40.

Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new...
Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new or luxurious. Water pressure was low and curtains in room wouldn’t close. They do not offer you a blanket in your room unless you ask for it which makes no sense since there are sheets on the bed. They charge for typically standard complementary items.

I wasn't informed there was additional money that was taking from bank account, when I got back home and saw my bank account I called them, that took a bit. Finally got refunded. I didn't have that experience the first time. I guess you call that hidden stuff, and to think when I got the final bill from the checkout that would be it. I got surprised. That will only happen to me once there.
