The room was clean, spotless, no dust or any sign of grime anywhere! Loved having the ability to cook meals for my family in our room. Very much a fully furnished, down to kitchen soap and sponge/kitchen utensils, one bedroom apartment.

Roseville is a bustling town that has grown significantly over the past few decades. It has so much to see and explore. Also, must mention all the surrounding areas like Auburn and Folsom that have a lot to do and see as well!

This hotel is in a good location, its easy access, although it is on the corner of busy streets. There is a mall close by and lots of choices for eating out. Staff is friendly, breakfast choice is good. No complaints, this will be my place to stay when I come back. I feel safe here, room was clean, has little fridge and microwave. Small snack bar at the front desk with snacks and water/drinks, at normal prices. Check in/out was easy and quick. It was a good stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The bad: a cockroach on the vanity counter, defective toilet, lacked cleanliness detail and... those hidden fees will add at least $78.00 to whatever you have paid so far.
Roseville is a wonderful place to visit and your experience can be vastly improved by staying at a higher quality facility.

We were in Roseville for a youth softball tournament. The fields and park were lovely with lots of shade and clean toilet facilities. We would go there again but would not recommend the Extended Stay Hotel as it was an expensive Motel 6 without any amenities.

Our son & his family live in Roseville, we choose to stay at the Larkspur Landing as his home could not accommodate us all.... smiles. The area is a choice spot to raise his family, loads of foody & fun places.
Not a f ing thing. Could not get in. No hotels available so we F ing get to dress in the car and drive all the way back home. Take this joke of a place off your list. The garage is full of boxes and it’s a single family house with no one to talk too. I’m so mad right now you can’t imagine. I’ve used booking for years and as you could see I’ve always used it in every state
Worst hotel experience in a decade. Poorly constructed property. Doors closing in hallway shake you out of your bed. Traffic noise is insane and rooms are feet from parking lot cars and trucks. The space between the door and door frame was 1/4 if inch, not on the bottom, between the wood and the lateral frame!
Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from and the hot selections were actually hot, including the cinnamon rolls that I thought were to die for! The room actually looked exactly like the photos shown on the website. Everything looked nearly new. Staff very friendly and location was perfect for our needs.
The staff were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, and told me about the amenities. The room was very clean and neat, the air conditioner worked great! Even though it backed up to the freeway I had no freeway noine to keep me awake. I will be staying here again later in July.
The people at the hotel were so friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The room was quiet and clean. I needed a late checkout due to a scheduled meeting and it was not a problem. The staff interactions I had at check in, breakfast, and check out were super! Much better than I expected.
I really loved meeting Shen Marra, the Guest services Supervisor. She really made our stay extra special.
Her upbeat personality and gracious hospitality was exceptional.
Everything was perfect. Super clean hotel and all the staff was very professional. Will definitely stay here again..
Breakfast at staff was fantastic we actually ordered a bigger room and got a really tiny room it was for a wedding so we had to have all the groomsmen get ready in a little tiny room the beds were uncomfortable the door we had to have someone come fix our door cause I won’t shut or lock.
So outdated. Furniture very old. People hanging around looked sketchy. Housekeeping took 3 hrs 1/2 to deliver towels. I was staying in room 225. Called front desk requesting towels at 11a, did not get them delivered u too 2:35pm even after trying to call 2 times.
I have been coming to the Springhill hotel for the pass 6 years and I have never had a bad stay I always recommend this hotel to friends and family whenever they asked about a place to stay when their going to be in Sacramento
We liked having extra space--its basically a one bedroom unit with a stocked kichenette. Having a stove, refridgerator and microwave plus all cooking and eating utensils was very helpful. Free breakfast was great too!
The location of this hotel is just about the only positive thing I can say about this place. It was close to the family we were visiting and cheaper than other hotels in the area but cheaper is NOT always better.
Very cleAn. It's baffling how hard it can be these days to find a clean hotel at a decent price. This hotel met all my expectations. Cleanliness was my main focus, and their housekeeping is top tier!!!
Charge $10 for parking, lousy service and charge $1 per bottle of water. What planet r u guys from when no other hotel in the vicinity charges for parking or water. First and last time. Bye bye!
The location of this hotel is great, less than a 5 minute drive for great food and shopping. The accommodations were great as well; pool, patio, breakfast.
