I enjoyed the staff they're very helpful. The rooms were nice The beds were comfy and the place was clean. The parking is closed to the rooms. If one need a walker or wheelchair. The village noise isn't too bad at night.
One thing that I know They're not too many places to stay if you need a room with ♿. You don't realize that till you're in that situation.
The good thing about the west wind as they do listen to their customers. Maybe next time they'll have a two bedroom with a walk-in shower and arm rest for those who use walkers.
Ruidoso is a perfect get a way trip.
Temperature is wonderful, scenery is breathtaking, lots to do and enjoy.
We stayed at the Apache Motel which is outstanding and highly recommend. Restaurants, stores, etc. are a "MUST DO" especially RUSTY BALLS! It is an AMAZING Place to stop by, visit and buy some souvenirs for family, friends, and yourself.👍 You are treated like family and I bet you'll go back time and time again to check out the custom vehicles and new merchandise. End of Mountain Gods is a happy place to visit hands down! Several Restaurants to fill your craving. All around Ruidoso is an easy place to get to and ENJOY!

Ruidoso is a small town tourist location that is below Ski Apache. Fall is a great time to see the beauty of the town and watch the leaves turn, although not as spectacular as Vermont. It's a great place to destress and relax, hike, ski, sightsee and more. I have been to Ruidoso 3 times and will return again with my wife to unwind and just enjoy life.

Ruidoso it’s a beautiful place to escape the weather in El Paso or Las Cruces.
The inn of the mountain Gods casino is a fun place to visit and they have a lot of eateries downtown that we enjoy, Rio Pizza, Hall of Flame burgers, Cornerstone Bakery and cafe. Noisy Water mercantile has excellent shopping.

Was nice to see wildlife (deer, elk, wild horses, hummingbirds, etc) The downtown shops were inviting but parking is very limited and would be difficult for handicapped on walkers to get around. Anaheim Jacks is a wonderful hamburger restaurant (food was great, clean, and good parking). The scenery is beautiful so it was neat to drive around in the mountains. Grindstone Lake is pretty and would be family fun. People are real friendly and polite.

We love this little mountain town and hope to have a place here one day. The cooler temps were a very welcome reprieve from Texas heat!
The Texas Club is a must (make reservations!) Tried Casa Blanca, the food was good and reasonably priced. The Log Cabin may be the best breakfast place ever, but go early if you don’t want a long wait.
History buffs should venture over to Lincoln County and Fort Stanton, both short drives. The solar observatory in Sunspot was interesting as well.

Ruidoso is a beautiful place. We love it.
Ruidoso is a beautiful place. We love it. We had fun at the lake we went on canoes we took hikes. The kids played in the lake on the fun area. Downtown was awesome. We went shopping. Had some good candy, apples, and dinner.
When I arrived in Ruidoso for my stay the facility manager called me to inform me my room had been flooded out. With the horse races going on a decent room was scarce to say the least. Cody Arrowsmith, the facility manager, assured me not to worry that he would take care of me. Next thing I know he had me set up in a nice place without any effort on my end. Very professional and courteous. I will be going back to stay at Tiara Del Sol on the sol fact of how I was treated. I look forward to it!
We were very happy with our room. We asked for a Mountain View so she change the room with no problem. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. They had something for everyone. You could also buy soda and snacks at the front desk. The pool area was relaxing. We will definitely stop here again. Also we ate dinner at K-Bobs right down the street from the hotel, we enjoyed every bite of food!!
Great rooms, cabin style but not a cabin, decorated with wilderness class, and very clean everywhere in and out. A lot like a Bed and Breakfast inn but still a hotel. Muffins in the morning and cookies in the evening, get out of town good. Great staff that made you feel like family. They will see us again, fun, fun, fun for us with a 2yo, young adults, and us old folks alike!
Beautiful View, Firepit BBQ space , indoor pool and an excellent free breakfast, very clean and sanitized. A excellent place to take a family or friends for a great vacation to see wildlife and generally have a great time without leaving the hotel since the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and the outdoor BBQ propane pits are for the guest to use as they please.
This was a great place to Stay in Ruidoso!
We were debating between a rustic cabin or this apartment. But definitely this was the best idea. Very modern and good quality equipment, nice kitchen and a very comfy living room. Literally you feel like home and you can cook everything you want. There was even body shoap and shampoo on each bathroom.
I loved that we had the hotel almost all to ourselves. The staff was extremely polite. The room was big. Loved how the room was separated with a slide door. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was delightful and was changed every day. There is a walking trail and play areas on the property activities for the kids were useful.
Needed to print something out and instead of searching all over Ruidoso for printing services, front desk went ahead and did it for me. Hotel was nice and quiet as usual, room was very nice and cozy for my family. Will always continue to come here as we always have. Thank you all so much.
The location itself was not great. There was no where to park your vehicle. luckily my vehicle was not big, but it didn't matter because we ended up leaving to get a hotel. The room was very dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The owner will not give you a refund.
The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the outdoor area was super nice. My wife and I traveled with our 3 year old daughter and she had a blast. She already wants to go back and stay at “her hotel”, the Sitzmark.
