Front desk clerk took pictures for us in front of Christmas tree. We was here for my nephew’s army graduation so those pictures meant a lot since he won’t be home for Christmas ❤️❤️

Saint Robert was a business trip for me and everything went well. My favorite places were The Office Cigar lounge and Bar and Waffle House. It was very easy to get around in Saint Robert and there is more than meets the eye. Great restaurants, great historical sites, and shopping to name a few. I would on my next visit, avoid the winter season as it was by the skin of my teeth that I missed the snow before I arrived and after I left. I will definitely visit Saint Robert again real soon.

The room was ok for the price.
The room was ok for the price. Originally we booked the room four nights. After the 2nd night, we had a change of plans. The staff said the manager would refund the 4th night, but he never did! We booked our room thru an online agent and they said they couldn’t refund us for the 4th night and that it was up to the hotel. Had to get clean towels, etc, from office because they said they don’t clean rooms if you stay 2 or more nights. We always thought that’s part of the room rate. Not so at this place!

It was close to Fort Leonard Wood was its only good detail. Front desk was a joke, fees for everything! Bathroom in room had no toliet paper, $ people and only 1sm bar of soap and 1 sm shampoo, toliet was NOT bolted down and placed at an angle towards wall. Pop machine broken, morning coffee ran out and was not refilled. Bathroom fan did not work well.

The first night I had to sleep in my car because somehow they did not show my room booked but booking.con did. And they did not offer another room or have one available. The night clears was rude and very upsetting with the way she handled the situation.

Lot of smoking in a non smoking area of the motel, dogs barking in room 320 and I was in 316, kids running up and down the halls and the dog owner yelling at the dogs to be quiet. No continental breakfast, only a couple granola bars.
I will definitely avoid staying here next month when I come back down there.

The information found in Booking .com was very accurate and helpful. It made easy the looking and comparing trying to look for rates. I will easily recommend as well as using it again for future trips.
I really liked the price at this hotel. Check in went smoothly and both front desk staff were friendly and informative. Location was convenient to restaurants and freeway. I liked that the room had a kitchenette, even though on this trip we didn't cook in the room, it was a nice option to have a full refrigerator, stove top, microwave and cabinets. When we were there the hotel wasn't very busy so really quiet. Nice basic breakfast included. Felt safe.
Room was comfortable and clean. With coffee maker, which was important since I came in from a different time zone. Hair dryer was nice. The rooms were quiet, and soundproofed enough that I could not hear the neighboring rooms. Which was great and unexpected. hotel staff were very professional, and caring.i would recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.
All went well, after a 10 day stay at an Ohio property, a major hotel chain, which was very frustrating. We have stopped at Quality Inn St Robert as a halfway point between our home in Texas and visits to Ohio. We have always commented on how much good rest and hospitality we get at your facility. Keep up the great work!
I stay in St. Roberts twice a year. I have stayed at almost every hotel and definitely have my favorite 2. I now have my favorite 3 with Sleep Inn being one of them. Our cat was diagnosed with diabetes this year and had to travel with me, the fact that Sleep Inn is pet friendly yet still sparkling clean amazed me.
Very clean and cozy stay. Breakfast was sufficient for what I like to eat & served it's purpose. It was close to Ft Leonard Wood base & made it convenient for my son to come off base & spend time with us at the hotel. As well as, driving time was perfect getting him back on-time. Great place! Highly Recommend!
I only ate a couple muffins as I don't eat that early and we had to finish our trip home, but muffins were good.
I have to walk with a cane and we were originally set up to use a second floor room, but when the hotel saw I was using a cane he gave me a 1st floor room.
I chose this hotel because it looked different from most cookie-cutter hotels. I didn’t know what to expect just from the web photos but I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is colorful and the rooms are neat and clean. It met all my needs for a two-night stay.
We stayed here for a family members graduation from Fort Leonard Wood. It was super close to the base and had lots of food and shopping options right by the hotel. For a cheap hotel it was very nice and convenient.
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in I had my 10 month baby with us and he was so hot in the room it was unreal so we had to stay out and about when go back when it was a little cooler so he wasn't so hot.
Comfortable beds, very nice staff, our room was super clean, all parts of the hotel were very clean, convenient location to food & shopping, and especially for those needing to get to the base like we did
Very clean and comfortable, lots of food within walking distance and a Walmart nearby for essentials you may have left behind. Stag was very friendly and even our dog was at ease.
The hotel was very convenient to the military base we were visiting and within ten minutes of the stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly as well.
