All in all, great!
Pool could have been a lil more heated. However, it still was relaxing after a bit in there. The king size bed was comfy. I like it dark when i sleep and that was good we had a darkening shade. We like that we were able to access our Netflix acct. Breakfast was good. I wish you had bacon, but it was good. We will diffenitly book again.

I’m a caretaker for my mom who has multiple myoma and my stepdad who has the beginnings of dementia. He had a seizure Go to the hospital and look after him. When I came back to my room that I paid for my guest that I’ve known for years had an individual in bed with him. The room was dirty smell like dirty food and body odor and I just wanted to unwind for one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, that was very kind and that’s what made my evening a little more comfortable since I had to change all the bedding because he had wet the bed. I spent the entire evening cleaning the room

We usually go to Santa Maria/Orcutt about every 2 months to visit my sister & brother-in-law. We don't do alot of tourist-y things, but have been introduced to several really great places to eat (The Hitching Post in Casmalia for dinner, Kay's, or Jack's for great breakfast and/or lunch, to name a few) , and some super nice people who live and work there. Santa Maria/Orcutt is close to alot of popular beaches, so it's a great home base for a beach day (or two). We love to stay at The Wine Stone Inn in Orcutt for a relaxing and fun get away.

Parts of town can be deceiving as in you can't judge a book by it's cover. Good food, good shopping, great access to the beaches and great wineries abound in the area. We made it to the airshow which was a plus. All in all, we would return.

We were travelling up from LA to Monterey so tried to stop halfway. We actually kept driving back to Santa Barbara as it was more scenic. Pismo isn’t too far but wasn’t the greatest weather. Uber is good for food but cannot get an Uber taxi no matter how hard you try. Plenty of choice for food - loved ihop for breakfasts and Applebys is a must for dinner.

We enjoyed our trip very much.
We enjoyed our trip very much. Santa Maria Friday nights was a fun outside market just up from our hotel. Loved the flavors and live music. We were happy to be close to the coast also. We made a day trip to Pismo stopping by the Luffa farm. Also close for a day trip to Foxen wine trail and old town Orcutt area to explore. Santa Maria was very clean city and walkable plus many trail heads near by.
Staff was friendly. Everything was spotless clean. Hot tub and heated pool were amazing. They have a grill there to use. If you don't want to cook or go out there's an amazing taco truck parked right out front. It's within walking distance to shopping centers. The room was huge and a very comfortable bed. They have a great breakfast. The office has a little "convenience" shop that you could purchase various snacks and drinks. I will stay here from now on when I'm in Santa Maria.
We stayed at this hotel just one night during our California round trip. The room was small but clean, the bathroom was nice too. Breakfast (included) was as expected for a Marriott hotel: paper plates, plastic cutlery - not good for our planet (!) -, some warm items (scrambled eggs, sausages, outmeal), drinks (coffee, juices), wafles and bagles. We had to bring our own bread to make toast. So overall, this hotel is OK for a one night stay.
The hotel is gem in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are exceptional, with everything that you could want. The pillows on the bed are probably the best I have ever slept on. I need to know where they purchased them. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great happy hour and they serve a nice continental breakfast to your room. If you are wine tasting in the area, it is the place to stay.
I always stay here when I travel to Santa Maria it is close to the freeway and major streets. Oh and the mall and big box stores. It's nice to find a spacious room and some even have dressing rooms with a vanity. The staff are very kind and helpful.
Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar in motel good. Nice big area to sit and talk with family. Pool/jacuzzi area very nice. Watched planes land and take off from our window in our room. Staff very helpful.
Location was ok if you were travelling for business. But if you are holidaying, avoid Santa Maria. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Soulless place though. No cafe/bar or anything just an apartment building.
I like the location, the staff is helpful and pleasant and I like the hotel. We stay there whenever we get to the coast. Its near restaurants and stores making it easy to get to what I may need.
Room was a surprise - host thought about anything to make a guest happy. Have never seen in a small hotel such a comfort. And also the restaurant - a local saloon - was amazing!!
