So let me start off by saying I live out of town so I traveled in town for craw fish festival after a long drive we pull up to the hotel and there is a group of 3 ladies at the window who did not book there hotel and was trying to book online while standing at the window out side and there is was also a guy in line waiting to check in,instead of the guy at the window asking the ladys to go ahead and move over and finish booking then he will be with them he didn't so we had to wait a total of 30 minutes outside at a window.
There was not enough towels in the room and not only that they were dirty, when asked for more they said they could not give us any,the sheets had burn spots in them,
the next day when we wanted to go to pool it was a problem they told us only a certain amount of people could go and if we had more people we would have to pay for them and we had to have wrese bands,After I started going off on the guy then he called someone and they said it was ok.

This area is one developed by Big Oil, there are no bike lanes, saw 1 bike in 3 days. There is almost No public transit. Saw 1 bus in 3 days. There are many miles of roads that go by undeveloped land, but there is a lot of traffic for the population of the area. Just what the oil company’s want. This is also & mostly a view of Layafette.
Gosh, this hotel is like the best one I’ve ever been to. When you walk into the lobby, feel very fresh and clean, staffs very friendly.
You walk to the elevator/hall way, fresh and clean, no smell like any other places.
When you walk into the room, I have to say, for the first time I walked bare feet in a hotel room, sleep on their sheet instead of mine.
I hope y’all will keep it up super clean like that, definitely going to stay here every time.
I had an incident that required my staying two extra days and the hotel staff from the General Manager, to the house keepers were very nice, polite and helpful throughout my extended ordeal. A huge thank you to all. Highly recommend.
Lafayette, La. They say breakfast is included but all it consists of is cold cereal and different types of breads for toast. There was coffee and juice as well. Not bad but really should have been clear on the continental breakfast
I loved the fact that they had a ceiling fan in our room . It’s the only hotel that I’ve stayed in that had one . I never could figure out why hotels never had ceiling fans before .
