I'm from Sneads Ferry.
I'm from Sneads Ferry. It used to be a small fishing community. It has grown so much. With several military bases closed CampLejeune has a picked up more military families. Sneads Ferry has grown to supply more housing. Lots of restaurants, some locally owned. Bars for those who like to drink, dance and karaoke. North Topsail Beach, Surf City and South Topsail Beach are minutes away. This small community can supply anything you need to purchase for your trip. Fairly quiet off season. Very busy in seaon.

For someone who just wants to get away and relax it is a great place. One of the beaches had sand that was super soft and the other had lots of shells. We found a couple of cute places to eat but overall didn't find very many restaurants or fun activities. We would definitely stay again!

I was visiting close friends for sight seeing and dinner. Dinner at Rick’s Restaurant during a MNF Steeler game was terrific. The chef made us wonderful Pittsburgh style steak salads topped with a French fries. Our day trip to Sand Dollar Island was unique and enjoyable. My visit was too short so we will have to come back.

SF is close to the beaches yet doesn’t feel like a tourist town. A nice mix of food options. We ate carry out from Golden China & a very nice Cobb salad from Denny’s. Sadly if the pace of development there doesn’t slow down it will become as clustered as Surf City mainland. I really didn’t see much for the young’uns to do outside of beach activities. However the folks at Denny’s are constructing some sort of play area.
When I pulled into the parking lot I was not sure how it was going to be. As soon as I opened the door I was stunned at the size of the room. To my surprise, there is a light fixture on the ceiling above the bed. Very unusual for a hotel room. Most of the time it’s just lamps. The 2 sinks were very convenient as well. And the cleanliness was perfect. The linens did not smell stale , they smelled great! And they also offered a makeup towel that was soft and black!
Cute little hotel near the beach (a short drive away). Coffee and snacks in the lobby, also a keurig in the room. Comfortable beds. Although near the highway, it was very quiet at night. Excellent staff at the desk, everyone was very friendly and helpful. A grocery store and shops nearby
Great location, wonderful hosts & very responsive, lots of info. on restaurants & nearby activities. An overall super experience. Really loved that it’s ‘pet friendly’ even though I didn’t bring my dog. Would definitely stay there again & recommend to others.
Breakfast and staff were great. Room was very large, had a sofa and king size bed. Large mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom was spacious. Hotel was in close proximity to the beach, which made for quick trips!
Always feels like my second home ,very clean, convenient area, love the beds and pillows, just a comfy place to stay ,i have always felt safe here, pet friendly, staff is amazing!! 😁🤗
