Super friendly staff, close parking to the door, and the room was nice. Much nicer than I expected for a $60/night motel. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets were fresh and nicely pressed. Comfortable bed with good pillows. I'd easily choose to stay here over any other hotel or motel in the vaginitis.

It's my hometown and family still owns and resides in house...
It's my hometown and family still owns and resides in house on Cattaraugus St. since 1050- quite a while! Wish they had better public transportation for non-driving guests to Springville as it offers a great deal to see and places to shop, etc. But, Springville is in a growing phase, so it just will take a bit of time. GREAT school system! Encourage people to move here. We have lived here since 1950----- NOT 1050! That WOULD have been a LOOOOOONG time!

The doors to the place are all unlocked all the time. They are actually taped so as not to lock. It didn't feel very secure, but we are in a small town.
