Everything was unsatisfactory upon check in.

Everything was unsatisfactory upon check in. I first discovered pubic hair in the shower and bathroom, no sheets or blankets in the room, broken fixtures (t.v. disconnected and not installed), and the room stunk of stale food and body odor. We got moved to a second room when I told the front desk and then that room was equally questionable. Then we come to be told that the health inspector has halted their food service so no breakfast that was included in our stay arrangements. It was awful to stay there and then two hours after checking out they tried to charge my account $270 dollars with a false accusation of smoking in the room. I am thoroughly disappointed that this room and location would be suggested by Priceline.

It was not Sugarland that was bad, it was the Marriott Hotel...

It was not Sugarland that was bad, it was the Marriott Hotel that was very very bad. The worse was the Fraudulent charge on my Credit Card of $1,426.00....!!!!! PLUS the room charge!.......We had to call Wells Fargo Fraud. And, they did not have our reservation that I made over a month in advance......Down graded our Room.....No staff at Front Desk and several customers waiting as well as us.......The only good was Valet...This is not the first bad experience we have had with Marriott, but, it is definitely the last, ever....

Overall the stay was pleasant. Hotel was very clean.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Hotel was very clean. And the staff was accommodating. We had to change rooms, since above our floor were children running. That worked out well for us. Getting around Sugar Land is easy. Sugar Land is a beautiful small town in Texas and great to explore. Unfortunate, at this time we are in, it's limited to open spaces as well as eating places, but great food around town and beautiful sites to see.

    The breakfast bar was great.

The breakfast bar was great. When we got to our room, our TV didn't work, so called downstairs and there was no one to check on it, so they moved us to another room, very quickly and without any trouble. I would recommend this property for a nice nights stay.

I really like the location of the facility.

I really like the location of the facility. It is centrally located to shopping areas and local dining facilities. I found the Olive Garden to be a very nice eatery, nice wait staff and the food was very good. Business trip so no time for any leisure activities.

The location was great and central to where we needed to be. The room temperature was easily controlled and got as cool as I usually l like it to be, and the bed was pretty comfortable for a "budget" hotel. The hotel was clean for the most part, but the breakfast was outstanding. There were plenty of options, it was hot and fresh, and there were even to-go options. I was very impressed with this free breakfast, and that coupled with the excellent customer service would be my reasons for staying here again in the future.

It was a pleasant surprise and gem in a very nice area. There was a lot of restaurants, stores, etc around the hotel. Easy acres to the freeway. Although I did not fully get to participate, breakfast was fresh, available and on time EVERY morning at 6am, with a variety of choices. I LOVED the infused water available at all times

Everything, lovely staff and food options were amazing. The dinner option was great especially after travelling all day and arriving around 6 pm, it was a great option if you didn’t feel like going out. We’ve travelled a lot and it has been the only hotel so far that has had that option.

There was no breakfast, it was grab and go. The Manager was not courteous and was not will to cooperate for little late checkout - very disappointment. Had to go to another place to manage 2-3 hours before we left Sugar Land

Location was near the concert venue we were attending. The hotel was adjacent to a grocery and multiple restaurants so when we missed the breakfast deadline we were near a First Watch for brunch.

The hotel needs updating. The chair in my room was peeling and it ended up on our clothes when we sat in it. The room is outdated. Needs a sprucing up.
