I've stayed here many times over the last 5 years. It's the only place I'll stay at when in town. Always very comfortable and clean.

I love the hot tub in the room, the only thing that would make it better is if you could see the television from the hot tub

Very expensive stay $250 per night total.
There were dimly lit hallways, lights may have been put.
Hotel was under construction. Only a small part was available with rooms. Had I know. I won’t have gotten a room.
There was no breakfast per se. someone left a bag at the door with an apple and muffin.
The door man/ receptionist told me he had no access to iron boards or irons. I had to wait until he got off shift to find someone to get it for me.

The hotel was a great place to stop off on our way to the Cape. It was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in for a while.
They gave us a late check out and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great time!
We had a great time! My grandson's birthday was on the 22nd and we went to the Italian restaurant for dinner (which was fantastic!) there were 9 of us (including 2 children that were escorted thru the casino to the restaurant) After dinner, the waitress brought out a big piece of cake, sang Happy Birthday to my now 4 year old grandson! Many of the staff stopped by our table and wished my little guy a Happy Birthday, it was very special. The casino was a lot of fun for the adults in the party, some of us even won a few times!!
Because it's still pretty new, there is no signage leading the way around, the room numbers are weird (they skip) no arrows or directional signs, saw donuts on trays, found a Dunkin Donuts! (no sign...) My husband has a service dog but a long process to take him out. There was a perfect spot down a flight of stairs that opened out a back door but there is no access to re-enter the building except all around to the front of the casino. Would be nice if they had a re-entry lock to swipe with your room key. Most of the front desk people were nice....It was very difficult trying to maneuver the luggage cart in and out as there is only one narrow automatic door, none trying to get into the hotel corridors!

I booked through a 3rd party and apparently they don’t have accurate information as to what rooms are available at the hotel. Therefore allowing me to book a room that wasn’t even available. Not being informed until arriving was extremely upsetting and disappointing since I saw so many amazing reviews. Wouldn’t recommend any of my friends just in case something like that happens again.

A bit surprised when the front desk wanted an extra $100 deposit in addition to room charge when we checked in. The lobby was smoky as the casino area is open next to the front desk. Once we got to the room, we felt much better about the accommodations. Brand new state of the art light fixture in bathroom times off during the night and oversized shower, lots of towels. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Good lighting and TV, coffee maker. Nice decor
