The people at the front desk, especially the lady were rude! The only decent person was the maid who had just started her job. The lady made assumptions based on my husbands appearance saying things like “you don’t have cash”, when he probably makes more than she will ever fathom. She was ugly inside and out and should not be in a customer facing job. She took my card for a “deposit” but instead double charged me for the room since we originally paid through booking. Every time I call to ask them to credit it back they put me on an eternal hold or even put the phone down on the counter but don’t pick it back up, this has happened multiple times after I tell them why I’m calling. They clearly aren’t profitable due to the trick of charging people twice. I am waiting for my booking to be refunded by booking through the hotel if booking can get them to actually do it that would be great!
