Room size was great. Perfectly located right next to Hartville Kitchen - a MUST visit!! Other restaurants and gas stations close by. Super staff!!! I will definitely book here again.
The only negative for me personally is the traffic circles - several of those.

I love the area but it short on places to eat. We drove into Canton which is not far for dinner one night.
Hartville has lovely little stores if you like antiques, chocolates, boutiques and one of the best flea markets I have been to in a long time.

We enjoy the huge flea market located next to the hotel.
We enjoy the huge flea market located next to the hotel. The Hartville Kitchen is also next to the hotel and the food is delicious. Flea market and restaurant are in walking distance to the hotel which makes it nice.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. THEY HAD REAL PILLOWS!!!
It was close to our family and friends so we could see them and not have to make the commute back and forth for back to back events. We live in Cleveland, so it's an hour one way, and we had a birthday party for my husband Friday night. Then, on Saturday, we had a gathering with friends for a 1 year old birthday at noon and then a 4pm dinner with family.
The guy at the check in was helpful in helping me get a quiet room. I heard nothing on the first floor. I was worried that an upper floor would would hear road noise based on its location and construction noise on due to the road work being done. He also handled the issue with booking and the hotel calmly even though its a known issue.
Very dirty found a dirty sock in the bed and hair in tub had to clean it myself and remake the bed myself with clean sheets we went and bought would have changed hotels but couldn’t afford to lose what we already paid front offices staff was unhelpful
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet even though we saw plenty of kids. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft.
