Breakfast was not good, not many options at all it was more of a grab and go set up in the hotel conference room. Not a breakfast buffet like normal hotels have

I like that check out is noon. Unlike other facilities that have you checking out at 11 am. The extra hour allowed me to sleep in and relax that much more

Please forgive--if I have the "misfortune" of being in Detroit again (which I will), this is without a doubt where we will stay. Everything from check-in and staff congeniality to the breakfast food offerings (which were quite tasty) and cleanliness were just fine. I would give them a perfect score.
The front desk employees were great .
Hotel itself was not for me I would say a 1 ⭐️ hotel because it needs a lot of improvement.
I don’t recommend to family with kids or people with breathing problems (it smelled like weed and smoke)

Breakfast and pool area were nice.
Breakfast and pool area were nice. I wasn't impressed with desk clerk at check-in. He gave our room to another couple after we had already checked in and unpacked. If I didn't catch them entering our room they would have had complete access to our belongings. This was unacceptable and to top it off, he not only deactivated there keys but also ours.

When I checked in I requested a room close to the elevator.
When I checked in I requested a room close to the elevator. When I got to my room it was the last one at the end of the hallway. I had to return to the desk and have it changed to one not so far from the elevator.
I also wasn't given any information about breakfast, housekeeping which is not done every day .

Great location and comfortable, clean room.
Great location and comfortable, clean room. Hotel is currently under construction 7.16.22. Cigarette smell throughout. Lobby, elevator, hallways run down. Staff and parking was great. Some sketchy people hanging near front door. Breakfast room currently closed but they did provide a bag with a few breakfast items. This should have been an $79 stay, not $150.

Very comfortable clean & spacious!
Very comfortable clean & spacious! The price was reasonable I was pleasantly surprised by the space not to mention the amenities! Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was full every single night (6) Even with a number of competitors nearby. The only issue was unloading the bags. Surprised they didn’t have automatic doors into lobby. Made it difficult to maneuver the luggage cart and I ran over my foot.
The welcoming smile and kind attitude of the receptionist, (Marissa ) welcomed me and my family the moment I entered the hotel with a warm smile and kind words that made us all the family feel happy and welcomed, she is amazing, the young receptionist Anas was kind too at the checkout time. the swimming pool, the beds are comfortable and sheets are clean
The hotel is next to my favorite bookstore and Sam's club. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The frontdesk clerk Allen was wonderful! He was very busy. Had no help, was all alone all afternoon but he managed to bring us bodywash after we were waiting for 2 hrs. He found time to bring us what we needed and for that we were grateful.
The breakfast was the same everyday. The tv in the did not work until the last day. The first room was smelly. I had to ask for a change. The bed sheet had a hole in it.
The carpet was horrible throughout the hotel . Also the area near the pool was wet and slippery one day
I would not recommend this hotel nor will I return .
Staff was good. The hotel bedding was very comfortable, so comfy we went to bed earlier our second night. The breakfast was great. It was so nice to finally have the breakfast assortment at a hotel again since covid had everything shut down before. The suite was very roomy.
Love that they don’t hold an incidentals fee on your credit card, that can be tough for a family traveling to make the extra money for them to hold at certain hotels.
Breakfast is decent and the price is great!
Breakfast was very good with multi choices and presented attractively.
The special Park Rd drive made it easy to get to the hotel without traffic congestion.
