The staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me check in, but she had such a high-spirited personality. I loved it. The beds are a whole other story, I slept well, and my sister in law who is pregnant, finally had an uninterrupted sleep and loved the comfort of the beds.

Also in addition of my previous review. I had no hot water for my shower the following morning. I waited about 10-20 minutes at front desk before someone stepped out to check me in and at check out waited 20 still no one came out just left room key card at desk and walked out.

Waited one hour then got seated, waited another hour to get served.

Vacaville is a nice city to be in fairly safe cops everywhere especially at night. But do NOT stay at the America's best value inn. Place is terrible tweakers all night in and out roaches inside and outside EVERYWHERE not to mention the rats coming out of the tub drain. I had to leave without my refund but rather lose my mo ey then stay at a place like this absolutely disgusting

Was only in town to see a friend, didn't spend any time site seeing. Vacaville is a sleepy bedroom community. But offers pretty cheap lodging if you're planning to visit wine country while in the Bay Area.
I was actually shocked at how great this hotel was considering it’s rated a two star on booking.com. They rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. It’s in a good location, there are some fast food places around and a little walk to the stores like target, Walmart etc.
Wonderful, helpful staff (supervisor was particularly helpful)
Room was exactly as advertised and what we expected. Breakfast 'in a bag' options were good as this is the first hotel/motel of the last 18 we've stayed in during our road trip that had soy milk as well as cows milk + gluten free cereal
Compared to other hotels ranked similarly, I found this facility to be underrated, with its helpful staff, nice atrium, great breakfast, and noontime checkout. (Noontime! Who does that anymore? I wish they all did.) Quiet location, with an ice rink and movie theater just two minutes away.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt House! The breakfast was a standout, with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The cafe food was tasty as well. The hotel appeared to be pretty new; the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
Staff is excellent. I love the rooms. Breakfast is hot but not always what I would like, but, there is a kitchenette so I have the option of cooking my own breakfast. I will definitely stay a this hotel every time I am in the area. Also Floralee is awesome!
I travel a lot and typically stay with Hilton brand hotels. I gotta say I was very impressed with this comfort inn! Beds were super comfortable, room was very clean and spacious. Location and staff were also great. The value made it that much better.
Very clean, well located hotel in Vacaville. Rooms are not terribly big, but decorated tastefully. Nice, spacious lobby, with good breakfast options. Staff were also very kind and friendly.
The hotel was centrally located to many restaurants and in close proximity to the ice rink at which we played throughout the weekend. The drive was less than 10 minutes, which was helpful.
the room was nasty the shower was nasty they had dye you take try to take a shower rest up getting all on you from somebody that died they here in the hotel room and I got bit up
Liked the cheery staff, the breakfast, and the elevators at this hotel. Yes, not all the hotels in Vacaville have elevators. Definitely a huge plus they have one.
The property was small but convenient and clean! We traveled with a group of 12 and the beds were soooo comfortable, probably the best hotel beds I’ve stayed.
