I really only went from the hotel to the Robert's Center.

I really only went from the hotel to the Robert's Center. There were too few non chain restaurants to be found. The Desk attendants offered what choices there were and were very happy to do it but the choices were extremely limited!!

I had a very busy 4 days at a National English Cocker Spaniel dog show, didn’t have a lot of time to spend driving around Wilmington, but quickly realized it is an older, historic city and would have liked to explore more of its history, character and architecture.

Clean and quiet place for a short stay of a day or two.

Clean and quiet place for a short stay of a day or two. Property is a little aged but some renovations are happening. WEC is close distance and the General Denver Pub is a good place to eat/drink.

I liked how quiet it was and how well the ac worked. It was very nice and cool while I slept. The shower head had different settings and was able to get pretty hot. The lobby also smelled nice, and I noticed they had some cookies set out for people to take by the elevators. Which was very nice! The breakfast had what you expected a hotel breakfast to have along with a make your own waffle station. Everything looked clean and well managed. Nothing was ever out when I got there.

The check in was easy! I was traveling with my 9 year old autistic daughter and the staff were so nice! We had to leave early in the day and my daughter left her toy tucked up in bed, we didn't realize until a couple of hours down the road! I called Wilmington Inn and spoke to a sweet lady, who went to the room and found it, and they mailed it to us free of cost! My daughter was so happy!!

Although we thought the facilities were excellent, what really made our trip wonderful was the front desk staff - Her name is Megan and her kindness and service were a 12 out of 10!! I have never been treated so well by any hotel staff, and I have travelled extensively. Marriott should make her the director of their training program for front desk staff.

As a athlete I did travel around the world in last 10 years. I visited a lot of hotels. But to me, this was one my best places to stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and they do everything what they can to make it a good stay. Thank you once again. And hopefully till next time. Regards, Jan van Lierop

It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little dated, but that's okay. The hotel and area was very quiet, which was nice. Only complaint is that the mattress wasn't too great. But the pillows were good, and the water temp and pressure in the shower was fantastic!!

There was nothing. The excuse was Covid. Which is just an excuse for bad service. All other hotels give breakfast bags or pre wrapped items like a granola bar, a muffin, a bagel, a banana. And a bottled orange juice. This was just nothing

It was a pretty big room, with plenty of space to have some friends (who were also staying at this hotel) for some drinks and conversation.. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.
