This trip was for a yearly visit with family in Flippin. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable. A little farther than we like to drive..but still ok. Served our purposes very well. We will consider this property for our next visit...hope the upgrades are done by then because we did enjoy our time here. With a little more TLC this could be an exceptional property.

The jacuzzi tub was excellent! The bed was very comfortable. And the pricing for the room was great. We came to view the 2024 eclipse, and unlike every other hotel in a 50 mile radius, they didn't triple their rates.
