We stayed two night at this beautiful location. The view is breathtaking. The staff is beyond all expectations, they were helpful and so kind and the young lady at the reception speaks good English. Both of us are vegan, and they took good care of us - the food is absolutely delicious!! We also booked the minivan back to Hanoi with her help, and a short trip around the area (including the bat cave) with two local easyriders, all for good prices. Something to note (probably relevant for all homestays in the area): at first we asked to see the rooms, there are some with a shared bathroom and others with a private one - pay attention to that as we did not notice it on booking.com. Also note that in the rooms with a wooden ceiling it is more likely that there will be more bugs and wood shavings on the beds, this is the price that comes with sleeping in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and the typical country's climate.
