Great clean hotel in Hoi An. Nice large clean rooms. Coffee making supplies and water supplied in the room. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. Roof Top pool was beautiful and clean. Open all day with service offered by calling down to the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk into old town and lots of nice massage parlours nearby. Excellent bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

We just fell in love with this place. It was especially because of the stuff. Two sisters that work at reception were just the nicest persons we met in all Vietnam. Every time we got back to the villa, they greet us as if we came home. This place has definitely home like feeling. They informed us about area, recommended amazing places and always helped when we needed. Room was amazing, perfect clean with one of the most comfortable bed. Pool and area around the pool was our favorite part of hotel with open kitchen, you just feel like home.

We originally were staying in room 24 and immediately noted the smell of gasoline coming from the room next door. Luckily, the next morning we asked for a room change which was thankfully accommodated! The homestay also had a great location on a fairly calm road only 10min walk from the ancient town.
