Good location. Great, helpful staff. The pool is awesome! And bathtub is an extra bonus. The staff - Linh and Tuyet (and a maid) are going extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I didn't see a lot of staff so I assume that they are very hard working.

We stayed in Hoi An during May 3rd - May 5th. The staff, Helen and Min, are very helpful. They helped us planned and booked everything since we haven’t arrived Vietnam. When we were there, they gave us recommendation and adjusted our schedule again to fit the time we had. When we had questions or unexpected incidents, they were very quick and responsive to help solve the problems. They did their jobs very well with service-mind and far more than their duties with their generosity.
