The staff is amazing!! Ngan, Hung and Thuy were especially so helpful with things like booking my train tickets and anything I needed in the villa. The food, service, and room were just what I needed to unwind after a 2-day trek. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely balcony view and tub! I got upgraded to a family room.
