We stayed in one of the family suites, but there was construction which was loud at 7am, we made mention of it and was upgraded to another beautiful room tucked away by the caves with a private pool for our kids. The hospitality here is unmatched! Location was great as we had access to hike to the pagodas and dragon whenever we wanted. We went up for the sunrise and beat all the crowds. It was very convenient with breakfast included and reception readily available to call a cab for you if needed.

Staff very helpful, attentive and proactive. Location was convenient and there some shops with food within walking distance. The room furniture are adequate, room is clean and especially the bathroom. Bed is comfortable, air-conditioning and water heater is good too.

We used this hotel to spend a few hours showering and changing before taking the overnight train to Hue. The room was pristinely clean and spacious. Enjoyed the hot shower and comfy beds for a quick nap. The manager was exceedingly kind a welcoming. We also really enjoyed our meal at the hotel. Just across the street from the train station--could not have been a better location.

The owner and staff were very helpful and made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was really delicious and there is a herbal footbath for relaxation of the feet free of charge. Very nice facilities - can definitely recommend. 11 out of 10 !
