The staff was super helpful with finding a bus to go the next destination. It was also very comfortable to have a restaurant that was open. Breakfast was also ok. The room was also nice, especially considering the fee. My son loved the free candies near the elevator.

Martin Stiermann and all his staff are exceptional. Martin has created a paradise. We loved the food prepared by his Vietnamese Chef, MyMy and our Housekeeper, Tu, was great. Martin’s Boat Tour is a must! Way more than just boating down the river inclusive of Floating Markets and authentic Vietnamese food and experiences. All of our needs were met and we felt like we were leaving home. We loved the pets, cats, dogs, birds and fishes. Martin’s knowledge and passion for the people is exceptional and honourable. We definitely recommend including Mekong Delta Ricefield Lodge on your Vietnam itinerary. For our first time to Vietnam, this was perfect!

The place is really nice, green and nicely arranged. The bungalow was cute, well decorated and better than expected. The outdoor attached bathroom is quite cool.The organization for transportation to get there and get out is spot on. The staff was really nice.

I loved that the bungalows were surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees and that there were may tours to choose from.

Beautiful property about 10 km from the center of town. Perfect getaway for those who want to experience life in the Mekong delta. Tuan our host is the most gracious person we have met in our various hotel/homestays in Vietnam. He plans and offers unique tours such as the Cai Rang floating market and sunset cruises on his boat. He will make arrangements to bring guests to the bus station or airport. Just book one of the five spacious rooms, and leave the rest to Tuan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered at very reasonable prices. The dinners are prepared with the freshest vegetables, meat and fish guests select with Tuan at the market. There are at least 8 to 10 different items served at dinnertime, with plenty of vegetarian options. Tuan will prepare practically anything to your liking and will surprise you with some once he figures out what you like. Dinners are tasty, healthy and prepared on the same day. Tuan built a beautiful pool with a jaccuzi that is a big bonus if you want to relax any time of day. Bicycles are available free of charge and there is plenty to explore around the area on bikes or leisurely walks. The property is nicely landscaped with pretty flowers and some fruit trees. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Dinners are served family style on a dining table under a covered porch, facing the pool. Beer, soft drinks and water are available to guests in the refrigerator in the dining area. Another practical feature of the lodge is the washing machine. Clothes dry fast on the clothing racks and hangers. Among all of our stays in Vietnam, Tuan's was by far exceptional in many different ways, but most of all his hospitality and gracious demeanor.
