The place was so close to the beach which is what I love, to be as close to the sea as possible. The Lighthouse was also a walk away and it was so easy going up the 71 steps to the top to enjoy the beautiful view.
It was just unfortunate that we had bad weather and was not able to do all the things we planned to do. Theres a Parkrun every Saturday.

Beautiful little town, the weather was unfortunately cold and rainy but we still walked around and visited the Southern most tip of Africa. I see there is many tidal pools. Lovely restaurants with good food. The city was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Good shop and even a pick N pay liquor store. We will be back in summer

We went primarily to meet a friend.
We went primarily to meet a friend. Apart from being the most southerly point in Africa, it doesn’t have much to recommend it compared to many other places. There are nice beaches and rocky shores and a small harbour, but many of those elsewhere. The lighthouse is worth a visit - but major construction taking place when we were there so no car park etc.. There are quite a few dirt roads in the area which, apart from offering a rough ride, make the car very dirty. The main access road is fine however.

Our trip was fantastic.
Our trip was fantastic. The welcome were received was very warm and the accommodation spacious and with a great outlook. Throughout our stay we felt very comfortable and our hosts gave us some great information about both dining and visiting.
The house was wonderful and every bit as good as the pictures. Designed to make the most of the amazing views of the sea and lighthouse, with rock pools across the road and easy walking distance to restaurants and lighthouse. The Living area with fireplace/braai was light spacious and comfortable. The owner has taken the trouble to make provision for load shedding so with basic lights, WiFi and gas stove top operational we were able to carry on enjoying our stay. It was a wonderful weekend and we would definitely go back.
My husband and I had an amazing time at the Country Lodge. I will recommend it to anyone who asks! The place is also perfect for bigger groups that may want to be together and have private rooms. We went there during the #capestorm and had to extend our stay by two extra nights as a result. Peter was fantastic and was always concerned for our safety. The photos do not show how amazing the breakfast is! I will be definitely staying there if we end up in Agulhas again. Peter and his team are truly exceptional.
Agulhas Ocean House has to be one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed at. Allan & Cheryl are fantastic hosts. From checkin to checkout all went off very smoothly. Out suite was just fantastic. A comfortable lounge with a garden view, a spacious bedroom with a sea view and a very large bathroom. All kitted out with everything a traveller needs and then a bit more. The lodgings are very well situated close to restaurants, the beach, a national park giving a person plenty to do nearby
It is a lovely apartment - very spacious with all the facilities we could wish for. The separate lounge/dining room off the kitchen is lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. Our hostess went out of her way with unexpected extras that made us feel extremely welcome and looked after. We can highly recommend this stay and will refer anyone we meet going to Agulhas to stay at Tides' Song. Thank you.
The small apartment is very cute and comfy and equipped with everything you need. We even had some fresh eggs, drinks and milk in the fridge and coffee and tea for free as the accomodation doesn't offer traditional breakfast. The beach ist right outside and it's just a short 15min walk to some restaurants in town. A great place to go to Kap Agulhas, we would have loved to stay longer!
Hosts were really friendly. The house location is just minutes from the lighthouse and town restaurants in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The washer worked really well. The room was clean and comfortable with great touches. The host notified me of when loadshedding would be and left a charged light, in case I needed it. WiFi worked well enough to do video calls for work.
It's a beautiful, comfortable & clean little cottage with everything you need. The setup was convenient & easy. The garden with the different bird species was a bonus & being close to a few tourist attractions was the ideal place for a much needed holiday. The hostess was very hospitable & you can see that she takes pride in her business.
A spacious house in Agulhas with an excellent view. A big house, well equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, two separate WC and a shower. WiFi was fast and reliable. The beach with two tidal pools is within the five minute walk, as well as the central street with several restaurants.
Stayed for five nights and were fully satisfied.
The location is great, so close to Cape Agulhas, the Southern-most point of Africa. So I could drive to the point to see the most beautiful sunrise at the meeting point of Indian Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. You can see from the short video, started from 0min 51sec.

This is a convenient B&B for exploring Miss Agulhas. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast is great and rooms have a direct view of the Indian Ocean. There is also a common room to have a tea or play board games. Parking is available right in front of the building and is free.
This was a perfect place to stay in Agulhas. Close to restaurants and most importantly the ocean. We felt very much welcomed, the room was very clean and spacious, with TLC touches such as coffee and other supplies. This is a first class operation and the hostess was great.
Top location, excellent view! The apartment is cozy and clean, the host is very helpful. We experienced a heavy storm during our time in Agulhasbestview. In this special situation our host Annari provided every possible support and help.
Great location close to Cape Agulhas, lovely room plus Liz was very friendly and accommodating of our late arrival due to traffic en-route. Perfect overnight stay for our brief stopover at the Southernmost part of Africa.
Lovely place in this little town, very safe and clean. The host provided us with check in details before the time and also gave us the loadshedding schedule which was great. We had an awesome time in Agulhas.
The view was terrific. Not particularly fancy but comfy and anything you could need was provided. The owners provided some great travel tips and we enjoyed a nice walk along the shore to the lighthouse.
Comfortable for an easy-going family. Beds were comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with both Struisbaai and Agulhas easy to reach. We loved having the washing machine available.
Very nice, comfortable, clean place, very close to Cape Agulhas (a unique and still often overlooked place). Spacious room, nice ocean view, good breakfast, nice and helpful staff.
Good position in LAgulhas. can see everything with a short walk one way, or the other to get the overall view.
And not affected by the lighthouse beam sweep!
