We really enjoyed our family stay at Aan Wal. Rekem is a beautiful town and the house was fantastic. Sven is an excellent host and he even left us a cherry pie for our family to enjoy. We stayed with seven and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy.

Everything was so nice there, such a lovely room, and property, excellent communication! 😊 if you travel with bikes, there is possibility to put bike inside the garden! Highly recommended! 👍

Appreciated the location and the facility. At the end of January/early February, the surroundings were very quiet, clean, and peaceful. The bungalow is great with all you need inside to have a smooth, easy, and pleasant stay. Easy communication with Niek and Su, very friendly with quick responses when trying to reach them. We are a family of six and everything was just perfect for us, much better, than what we could imagine. The house was clean, very cosy, there was everything we needed and even more. Gemma is very friendly, always there, can always find a reasonable solution to avoid any stress for the guests. We arrived on Easter Monday. Nevertheless, we got our keys without problems at the reception, and in the house we found everything for our needs. The nature is so beautiful, the place is idyllic, in the nearest vicinity there are all kinds of supermarkts, restaurants etc. Don't miss an awesome farm "Pietersheim" and National Parc "Hoge Kempen" in Lanaken just 10 minutes by car. We also visited an excursion "Maastricht underground", which we can highly recommend. All in all, we can definetly say, that we have had the most stressless vacancies in our life (with four kids at the age of 13, 12, 8 and 7! the whole week the weather was fresh and rather rainy!). It's incredible, how good the vacancies can be with children by the rainy weather. It was also very calm in the whole park/village. We felt really just like at home. Thank you, dear Gemma!!! 😀
