Really gorgeous location, and lots of space in the house. The host Kiri was so friendly and welcoming, and even offered to let us see the Alpaca’s! The house was a short distance to Barnstaple and also the beaches of North Devon, where we had a chilly swim.

Deceptively spacious accommodation in a quiet countryside location. The Granary was well equipped and comfortably furnished. Some beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. The host was really helpful.

Absolutely amazing hosts and caravan and this was spotlessly clean. We had car trouble on arrival and our hosts truly went out of their way to help us taking into consideration that we had two very young children, they even arrived at the caravan on the 2nd day to offer me a lift to collect my repaired car. We could not have wanted more from either location, caravan or hosts, in short, absolutely 10 out of 10 for everything. What started as a nightmare due to car problems was instantly put right thanks to our hosts. We will definitely be staying again!!!! Booking.com sent the booking information incorrectly to our hosts so the caravan was only set up for two adults and not the two adults and two children booked for, but our hosts put this right immediately. Thankyou so so much for a lovely few days. Can't wait to stay again.

Excellent all round , everything we need and close to many beautiful places to visit, very comfortable . Well worth the visit and immaculately presented. Owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. We would definitely keep this property in mind for a return visit.

Amazing big farmhouse. Plenty of room for us. We were a group of 7. Big kitchen for us to have dinner together. Beautiful lounge for us all to sit. House was lovely and warm with the heating on and our host met us on arrival with lots of information and assistance
