Has a washing machine which was a bonus for us, as the weather turned cooler we made use of the heat pump and the wall panel heater in the hallway and this kept us comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim he was a great host, we highly recommended this property.

The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It has some wonderful artworks and quirky touches in some of the pieces of furniture. An eclectic mix of genres that work well together and make this beautiful apartment a delight to stay in, with all the mod cons you would expect. It's on the main road, but the property was very quiet. The location was excellent for the bus into the centre of Dunedin as the stops both directions were virtually outside the apartment, and at $3 a trip, excellent value.
