Location was nice. We were able to walk to most of the town and watch out our balcony at the tubers floating down the river. Cottage was really nice and clean.

The house is gorgeous, very well-decorated and modern. Everything looks new and clean. The arcade room was a hit with my teens. My dogs loved the treats and the dog bed. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Booking staff (thru vacasa) kept us updated what we need on our way which made it easier to locate the property. It was great that it's that close to the Helen tourist area. We had a very comfortable and wonderful time as we just stayed in for a short weekend away from home with family. The kitchen surprisingly is equipped with kitchenware and utensils you'd think will not have as we always bring our own most times for cooking our meals. Less worrisome this time! House seems newly renovated,made it more appealing.

The beds were very comfortable. The tv in the living room is large and nice quality. The fireplace was a nice touch and the couches in the living room are super comfortable.

Vernon was very friendly getting us checked in and letting us know about the bonfire each night. The inn was close enough to downtown to walk but far enough that the noise didn't keep us up at night. The fire was a great place to socialize and have a couple drinks while keeping cozy. We loved all the Christmas lights and the vibe!
