    The elevator and decore was charming. I got upgraded to a king and the fireplace with window nook were so cozy . Hotel staff was nice and helpful.

    Excellent location, close to shopping, convenience stores (Walgreens and 7-eleven within 2 minute walk away) and the cable car as well. Hotel was so charming with bellboys, clean drinking water, free fruit and cookies, and a cosy bar with happy hour. Clean rooms, nice and quiet, comfortable bed, and the daily housekeeping was great.

    It's a lovely hotel. I had a room with a fireplace, which was so cozy and nice. The happy hour was extremely appreciated - they served complimentary wine and a plate of variety of cheeses, crackers, and grapes. Nice music was playing, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast didn't include a big variety, but everything was super fresh and delicious. The option to get water, coffee, and soft drinks with no additional cost was very helpful.

    Really cute hotel with a techy, would be perfect for a business trip as it had work spaces, a gym and kitchen. Staff were amazing and our room was very cosy. We stayed in the Sky Cabin, I did think it would be too small if you were staying for a long as there’s jot really storage space but it was perfect for us as we stayed one night.

    I loved the cozy ambiance and the diner and living room space. I also loved the cleanliness of the place and the fireplace was amazing. The food was also very good and everyone in the hotel was very helpful and kind.

    The hotel has a home from home feel. Decor is great and we love the fireplaces. Rooms are large with a good seating area. The bed is huge and supremely comfortable. The hotel is fabulously quirky and the public areas are interesting and cosy. The location is really good and it feels safe.

    Hotel is super quaint & quirky. Definitely a boutique hotel. Rooms were tastefully decorated and had great finishing touches that matched the decor and vibe of the hotel well. We were upgraded upon arrival & our room had a beautiful fireplace which we loved. Breakfast was held next door and was in the most amazing area, so comfy, cozy, relaxing (again a great fire). Breakfast food was nice. Location was really good, 5 minute walk to union square.
