Extremely comfy 10min walk to Beach & Town features a balcony and is situated in Larnaka, within just less than 1 km of Europe Square and a 12-minute walk of Touzla Mosque. The apart is in very quite part of the center of Larnaka. There is a place to park the car outside. It is very close for pedestrians to the port and the archeological museum. We liked this place. I recommend it to every visitor.

We loved every second spent there, so quiet and peaceful. The chalet was very clean really spotless. We had fresh eggs, haloumi, water, olives, fruits, vegetables and other stuff in the fridge when arrived. It was very nice gesture. We will definitely be back. It was nice getaway from city life. Beach, tavernas and shops are 5-10 minutes drive away.

The place was absolutely lovely and the surrounding area was so relaxing. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and met us late at night after our flight to show us the place. Our apartment was very clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. She even provided some basics such as bread, jam, coffee, fruit and vegetables, some fresh Cypriot cheese, etc. which was a very nice touch. There is also a shared common living room with the other apartment that contains a fireplace which was very nice to use in January. The private balcony is huge and absolutely beautiful to enjoy sunsets from there. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again when we return to Cyprus.

We had an amazing stay in this very pretty village. It was so peaceful and quiet at Palatakia, the suite was spacious and had a lovely terrace. We will definitely come back here.

The cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and scenic surroundings made it a perfect retreat. The attention to detail in decor and amenities exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
