Nestled right beneath the iconic Mother of Georgia statue, we couldn't have asked for a more picturesque and convenient spot to immerse ourselves in the heart of this enchanting city. Upon arrival, we were instantly captivated by the vibrant Tbilisi Georgian vibe that enveloped us. The hotel's prime location allowed us to soak up the city's rich history, culture, and beauty with ease. We were within walking distance of some of Tbilisi's most famous landmarks and bustling neighborhoods, making our exploration of the city a breeze. This designer apartment was a true gem. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, creating an atmosphere that felt both modern and authentically Georgian. The blend of contemporary design elements and traditional Georgian touches added a unique charm to the space. It was not just a hotel room; it was an experience in itself. In summary, this hotel was a very special place that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the unbeatable location to the well-appointed designer apartment and the charming yard, it had it all. This is a solid 10/10 recommendation, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Close to all main attractions in Tbilisi located in 2 minutes from Shota Rustaveli avenue. I definitely recommended you this place for wonderful weekend in Tbilisi! My friend and I stayed there for a couple days and I wish we could have more time there :)

Je důležité, že ve vile je vytápění, pokud plánujete přijet během chladných měsíců v roce. Každý pokoj má také klimatizaci. Podle mého názoru je to nejlepší místo k pobytu v Tbilisi. Díky moc Tati a její manželovi za skvělou dovolenou. Určitě se vrátíme znovu. Wypoczywaliśmy z rodziną, składającą się z 7 osób, w tym z dziećmi. Spokojne i ciche miejsce niedaleko od centrum. Ważne jest, że w willi jest ogrzewanie, jeśli planujecie przyjechać w chłodne miesiące roku. W każdym pokoju znajduje się również klimatyzacja. Moim zdaniem to najlepsze miejsce do zatrzymania się w Tbilisi. Bardzo dziękuję Tati i jej mężowi za wspaniały wypoczynek. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy. P.S. Z okien willi na drugim i trzecim piętrze rozciągają się piękne widoki na Tbilisi. We stay with a family of 7 people including children. A truly beautiful villa, equipped with everything for a relaxing stay down to the smallest details. There's a wonderful grill outside where you can cook barbecue. There's a playground for the children. It's a quiet and peaceful place not far from the center. Importantly, the villa has heating if you plan to visit during the colder months. Additionally, there's an air conditioner in each room. In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Tbilisi. Many thanks to Tati and her husband for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back again. P.S. The windows on the second and third floors of the villa offer breathtaking views of Tbilisi.
