Deze eenvoudige houten huisjes bevinden zich in het dorp Sandgerði, op 10 minuten rijden van de luchthaven Keflavik. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. I like the whole concept - little lovely private houses as a room to stay. Shared kitchen and bathrooms, all very well equipped and clean. Comfortable to use. The place is located near airport, which was the main reason we chose this place. It was clear that for others it was the same. At 8.30 in the morning all the cars had left already and we had a nice private breakfast :) They had a hot pool as well but not in use. Maybe it's used in a summertime? Would have loved to have a nice morning dip there but they have a collaboration with local pool for their guests instead. We didn't have the extra time to go there, would have enjoyed the quick dip in the premises.

Sea View Apartment beschikt over gratis fietsen, een tuin, een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Keflavík met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de stad. We liked it’s position and the view also the size of the apartment. The facilities were excellent and they made the apartment very comfy and a pleasant space to spend time in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable….yes We would definitely bookSea View again.lots of nice eateries if you don’t fancy cooking. You have to pay the owner in either Euros or Isk which was an over sight on our behalf they have an international bank in the town .

Deze hutten liggen op slechts 25 km van de iconische Blue Lagoon en zijn voorzien van gratis breedband-WiFi, een gemeubileerd terras en een hot tub. Very warm and cozy cabin. Check-in was easy as well as the communication with the hosts. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, was close to the ocean and had an awesome hot tub. Would have liked to stay even longer!

Airport Comfort Home beschikt over uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een patio, op ongeveer 44 km van Perlan. We liked everything, it was like staying at home, a LARGE home :) comparing with other apartments we have been to, that was not just a “hotel room” style, there was a spirit of a live home, rare found. As I have mentioned, the house had a lot of space, very well equipped, kitchen was stuffed with all we needed, beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of lights all over the place. My son was happy fining a PlayStation that he played in the evening. The house was 10 minutes away from the airport, that might make sense if you need to stay a night before departure. Easy check in - check out, responsive and friendly host. Several grocery stores nearby. I would rate it all 5 starts in the review.

Family villa is gelegen in Keflavík en heeft een hot tub. De accommodatie ligt op 21 km van Blue Lagoon, en is voorzien van een tuin en gratis privé parkeergelegenheid. Perfect location, close to airport but very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had everything we need and more. We loved the kitty too!

Ghost Town Guest House 10 min from Airport bevindt zich op 42 km van Keilir Golf Club, en biedt accommodatie in Hafnir met toegang tot een hot tub. Heerlijk ruim appartement dichtbij het vliegveld, ideaal voor onze vroege ochtendvlucht. Superkeuken, heerlijke bedden, ruime schone badkamer en een mooie hottub op het terras

Converted Water Tower beschikt over uitzicht op de stad, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op ongeveer 42 km van Keilir Golf Club. Great place to stop off at only wish we could have stayed another day.

Hvassahraun Cabin by the Sea heeft uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met een patio en een waterkoker, op ongeveer 21 km van Perlan. De locatie is top. 20 minuten vanaf Reykjavik. Alles is aanwezig handdoeken, vers water, keuken. Heerlijke bedden en douche. Wij zijn vanuit deze plek met de auto op pad gegaan. Golden circle, Reykjavik, zwarte strand. 1 overnachting elders omdat we naar de gletsjer en diamond beach wilden en dat is dan 5 uur rijden. Hout plus aanmaakblok gekocht bij de Bonus voor de haard. Was niet nodig want het huis was goed warm met -4, maar wel gezellig zo'n haard. Noorderlicht was prachtig te zien vanuit de tuin, maar ook binnen vandaan. Het was maar 1 avond helder van de 7 dat we er waren maar 1 avond is genoeg. Je hebt in de winter wel een 4x4 met spike banden nodig, want soms was de weg naar het huisje 1 grote ijsplaat, maar met zo'n auto appeltje eitje. En vergeet de krammen voor onder je schoenen niet,! Goed contact ook gehad met de eigenaar via de chat, want we hebben hem niet gezien. Blue lagoon is dichtbij, maar die was dicht in verband met de vulkaanuitbarsting. Echt een aanrader.

Ocean Front Villa ligt in Vogar op het schiereiland Reykjanes en beschikt over een barbecue. Super mooi huisje, ruim en gezellig. Netjes en alles was aanwezig.

By the Lighthouse biedt een eigen strand en is een accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid aan de kust, op slechts 3,8 km van het centrum van Vogar. Incredible location with picturesque views; very friendly and welcoming with plenty of privacy; parking was easy; beds were super comfy and there were so many small wonderful special touches like the traditional cake waiting for you upon arrival as well as farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The kitchen and amenities were perfect for cooking meals. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for having the chance to experience Iceland from that viewpoint - Just Gorgeous very family friendly and could also be a very romantic getaway if that is what you are looking for..
