The pool area was super cozy - and the staff very helpful and sweet. The breakfast out of this world, make sure to add that to your booking!

Featuring two outdoor pools, play area for children, garden and free WiFi, Villa Hundira offers rooms located 4.5 km away from Dutch Fort. Everything was perfect once we settled into the Lagoon Suite with views over the lagoon and expansive living area. Our host, Jay the resort manager was a terrific person who made sure everything went smoothly including a tour around the property where we met the owners Rolf and Indira and engaged in great conversation before being introduced to Thimble and meeting the craftswomen hard at work. The staff at the resort were wonderful and provided service second to none and really made us feel like family. The food was exceptional, so much so that we ended up eating all our meals from breakfast through dinner exclusively at the resort. The gin and tonics using local gin were terrific and the only regret is we completely forgot to try the local arrack despite promising to do so. Next time. There are various areas to have meals throughout the resort with the overall feeling of privacy coupled with openness. We typically ate breakfast facing the lagoon in the area below the room, and often dinner at tables closer to the pool - there was no shortage of choice depending on the mood and ambience needed. Food choices range from western to local, and all were true to expectations with the local cuisine being wonderfully authentic. On our final day we used the Spa for a 3 hour treatment followed up with local cuisines - what a wonderful experience and recommended as a 'must do' for anyone staying multiple days. As a memory of our stay we bought a wonderful wall tapestry designed and created by the artisans at Thimble and this will feature in a prominent position in our house in the future. Overall the most relaxing environment we stayed at in Sri Lanka for our final few days and we are already looking forward to returning. Recommendation for anyone interested is to stay at least 2 nights, slow down, relax, and enjoy the offerings.

The beds are very comfortable, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were happy that we chose this place as our last accommodation before flying home.

The private pool is perfect for cooling off and enjoying some quiet time. The large garden provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep A mini-supermarket just 100 meters away was a lifesaver for grabbing essentials. The IVORY villa is also within walking distance of the main road and numerous restaurants, offering easy access to everything you might need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and at home. I had a wonderful stay at this unique villa. It's perfect for anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious getaway with a touch of privacy. I highly recommend it

Bee Cottage Negombo situa-se em Negombo, a 2,9 km de Praia Negombo e 16 minutos a pé de Igreja de Santo António, e dispõe de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e ar condicionado. We loved everything about Bee Cottage. You will be lucky if they have a vacancy! They were simply the best and most interesting hosts we had over a 3 week holiday in SL . This cottage was an oasis away from the tourist strip yet an easy tuk tuk ride to the beach front . Bee Cottage is an opportunity to experience a traditional family home in a quieter area.

Em Negombo, a 17 minutos a pé de Wellaweediya Beach, The Anchorage Villa - Negombo dispõe de acomodações com comodidades para churrascos, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, serviço de quartos e uma receção aberta... Highly recommended this place. Worth for money. Very clean. Superb communication and support. If you wanna visit Negambo and stay in peace for a while. Then go to this place ❤️

Star Canal Cottage encontra-se em Negombo, a 4 minutos a pé de Wellaweediya Beach e a 2,8 km de Praia Negombo. My partner and I had the best stay at Star Canal Cottage. After receiving a great tuk tuk tour around Negombo from Leon at the start of our trip, we stayed at his guesthouse before our departure too due to his friendliness and consideration. Our room very clean, spacious and light, with a powerful hot shower in the bathroom. The location is great, close to the city centre with restaurants nearby, but down a quiet canal road to enjoy the peace. We read and listened to the birds on the terrace during the day, while drinking home made lime juice before an excellent dinner of home-made prawns from Leon. A wonderfully kind, funny, and diligent host (and now friend), we will recommend Star Canal Cottage to anyone wishing to visit Sri Lanka :)

Apresentando um jardim, piscina exterior aberta todo o ano e vista da piscina, Villa Lagoonscape localiza-se em Negombo. Location was stunning and food was awesome . Loved it ! We will definitely come again. The staff treated us very well and they were really obliging when we had service requests. Highly recommended for family time.

Bliss Beach situa-se em Negombo, a 38 km de Estádio R Premadasa e 40 km de Torre do Relógio de Khan, e dispõe de um terraço e ar condicionado. It was a lovely property nestled in its own land with a lovely garden. The property itself had easy check and Morgan, our caretaker, was very kind and attentive to our needs and privacy. It overlooks the beachfront and has a lovely view from the 2nd floor. They had arranged us a nice bench with a table for us to sit on and enjoy our meals with. Hot water was great too. You cannot swim on the beach although a short walk away, you are greeted with lovely views. The staircase and roof area needs a little work which they had promised to finish. All in all, a lovely experience. Thank you Sherwin!
