Featuring a private beach area, Three Gables Boutique Villa is located in Mirissa, 4.3 km from Whale Watching Mirissa. probably the best place we have stayed. staff so friendly, helpful, and courteous. great food ,comfortable rooms , stylish design with wonderful artefacts from the island. beautiful quiet beach. thought it would be a treat and exceeded expectations.

Nastanitev Saltasia Boutique Beach Villa je od znamenitosti Plaža Thalaramba oddaljena le nekaj korakov in ponuja restavracijo, zunanji bazen, vrt ter teraso. Absolutely everything. This was the most st wonderful place; quite magical. The gardens have beautiful trees to keep you shaded if you’re on a lounger and the veranda is all a pretty special place to eat the best breakfast in the whole of Sri Lanka or just chill on a planter seat. The rooms are spacious and cool and the bed fit for a princess (or prince). I could go on and on but most importantly, the staff; they are the friendliest people you’ll meet and super efficient. The very best.

Very comfortable. Good mosquito nets! The property has an excellent bathroom, lovely bed, laundry facilities, kitchen, fridge and freezer, good WiFi, powerful fans. 100% happy ! The hostess was charming, and her local knowledge very helpful. We had THE BEST time here.

The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

Everything was new and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful beach close by.

We stayed in the unit for 2 weeks and it was a great experience! The owners are always happy to help and the unit was clean and cozy. There is a very good AC which is important in Sry Lanka and there is a small grocery store right across the street so you can get water and basic foods without carrying it. Overall it was great value for money and we highly recommend it!!

Nastanitev Family Villa Mirissa se nahaja v mestu Mirissa v regiji Matara District, v bližini znamenitosti Plaža Mirissa Beach in Plaža Weligambay, ter ponuja brezplačen WiFi in brezplačno zasebno... We spent a few days with family and it was really great. Clean room, nice yard and kitchen where you can prepare food. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend this place and these people. In the future we are back :)
