Houses are located on the verge of national park in a quiet area of Virpazar. You are just 15 mins walk from tourist center, and yet you enjoy quiet and leisure. Virpazar is a great place to start your trips for the lake, but also to take a 20 mins drive to multiple sea beaches including Ujcinj. These are one of few locations which offer an outdoor pool at your disposal. Pool is great for kids, and on one day they just wanted to stay there and not move at all for any sightseeing. Just enjoying the location. The owner and team are extremely friendly and helpful.

The host was very kind and offered drinks on arrival and pancakes during our stay which were much appreciated. Parking above the apartment. The views are beautiful and although apartment is near the road the noise didn't bother us, nor did the train. Highly recommend doing the private boat tour by Ilija which is recommended by the owner. It was the highlight of our stay.

We had the most private cottage. We really enjoyed the terrace with a spectacular view. When you order a meal here, you can ask to serve it either at your private terrace or at the common one. The menu is not big, but the food is perfect. We took almost the same dishes as in a restaurant in the town, and here they were much better. Everything was very delicious and so beautiful served! This is a family winery, so you can taste and buy some wine here. They also have homemade honey 😋 We appreciated the opportunity to use the bicycles freely. They are not for a mountain trip, but OK to go to the town center. By foot, the distance is a little bit long, but with a bicycle, it is just 10 minutes or less. So it was great to stay far from the center, among this beauty and calmness, and still have an option to go there fast without a car. The family running this "hotel" are the most nice people, as well as all the stuff we met here. I don't know how to name such a type of accommodation. It provides all the facilities that you usually have in a hotel, but it is much more family and cozy place. And unlike a usual guest house, here you have your own bathroom, kitchen, and terrace.

Situated 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Country House Djurisic offers a free bikes, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Marko is the most amazing host I’ve ever met. He spends a lot of time with his guests to talk about his house history, the winery, and things to do within the area. He shared with us some stunning view points, hikes and arranged for us a boat tour thanks to his sister which is a great guide. We recommend a 2 hours boat trip either early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The breakfast is very nice, it is worth it.
