The Villa is amazing. It is very clean, quiet, luxurious and private. The host, Neema, is wonderful, she is super friendly, has been phenomenal from start to finish and welcoming and so have the other staff. There are a few restaurants on the beach in a walking distance, however be very careful (we learnt this lesson the hard way), but the food cooked by the chefs in the Villa is outstanding quality, so we highly recommend to try it. We stayed here for two weeks and it was the most memorable experience; the views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. We would also like to thank Paulette and her whole family, they made us feel very welcomed, we celebrated special occasions together as well as she helped us when we were most in need! You will not get this type of service anywhere else.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Joseph, who made our stay even better:-)

After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

The house was bigger than expected, with spacious bedrooms and living room. Everything is brand new, well maintained and decorated with taste. Breakfast is big, generous and delicious. Pool side is chill, comfy, it's amazing to have a drink while sitting in the warm water surrounded by palm trees. Walk 5 meters and you'll be on the endless white beach, heaven-like sight. Riccardo welcomed us, extremely friendly, with many tips and extensive knowledge of the area. If you need anything, he'll help you very quickly. All in all a fantastic stay here, I'd spend a month here if I could!

You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience
