Super friendly met us once we walked into the property and made us feel welcome. The property was spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the property was warm and cozy. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal or just have a snack. Ski fields are less then 10 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely look to come back again!

The house is situated on the hillside above Seeboden with a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. This is a very quiet area, the silence is guaranteed during the night. The room, bathroom and the separated WC were much larger than ususal, there were lots of space to store personal belongings. There exists a bigger fridge in the room. The breakfast selection was complete, I also liked the machine with selection of coffee and hot chocolate drinks.

Super friendly hosts and an amazing flowering garden with some small animals (Guinea pigs, rabbits…) that our kids adored petting. Our bottom floor room had a great terrace for meals outside. Secluded and quiet. But easy drive to beaches/waterfront villages.

Featuring a restaurant serving traditional Carinthian cuisine, Landhaus Gritschacher is 4 km from the centre of Spittal an der Drau and just a 2-minute walk from the Teurnia Roman Museum. The location is ideal for Alpe-Adria Radweg cyclist. The owners are extremely kind and nice and willing to help with information and everything. The food was excellent. Breakfast was amazingly rich and the choice of different types of food - mostly made by owners from the locally produced ingredients and is eco-fiendly. E-bike storage is available with charging units. Leberknödelsuppe and all sorts of savory or sweet dumplings/raviolli/nudeln are to be tasted.

Great location near the lake and the mountains, small and calm beach nearby, friendly staff. Would recommend.
