Rooms were a bit on smaller side but were absolutely perfect for what i needed. Felt more like a home than a hotel. The attached ace gillet restaurant had a speak easy feel. Very cool all around. And the location is the best in Fort Collins. I could walk to see my daughter on campus at CSU and walk to old town. Perfect!

It is a good location for that and is functional. The room was okay but not great. The same could be said for the breakfast. At least the coffee was decent. I was happy to find that the hotel parking was safe since our cars were packed for travel.
