Looking for a boutique hotel?
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The design and artwork were really cool. The staff were the best in the business. Rooms were a bit on smaller side but were absolutely perfect for what i needed. Felt more like a home than a hotel. The attached ace gillet restaurant had a speak easy feel. Very cool all around. And the location is the best in Fort Collins. I could walk to see my daughter on campus at CSU and walk to old town. Perfect!
Great welcome, stylish, comfy, spacious rooms with lovely bed linen and plenty of fluffy towels. Rooms smelled great, nice products in the bathroom. Beds were especially comfortable.
This is clearly a hotel designed for visitors to CSU. It is a good location for that and is functional. The room was okay but not great. The same could be said for the breakfast. At least the coffee was decent. I was happy to find that the hotel parking was safe since our cars were packed for travel.

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
