I like the hotel staff the best; Very sincere and super helpful. My room was ready very early; I actually got my requested 11am checkin as requested. Everything was wrapped and sanitized!, e.g., TV remote. Great Toto washlette!!

Super kind crews, perfect location next to the small beach, spacious room and perfect view. Having breakfast at balcony was great. Thequality and the space of room should be one of the best in the US.

Great location for a more chilled stay at Waikiki. The picture says it all - next to the green of the park and a few steps away from the beach. Excellent staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable and the ‘partial view’ was directly to the beach. Had such a good stay we’re going back again ( a few days later)

Location was perfect, next to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. The hotel offered all kinds of accessories to make the stay even better - chairs, bougie boards and towels for the beach, cold water next to the main door. We enjoyed the whole stay very much.

Clean and nice hotel room included a crib for my baby for free. Walking distance to the beach we were able to use the hotels beach chairs, umbrella towels all included no charge. The pool was clean really nice set up. I was a little nervous about the parking situation but never had a problem finding parking in the structure and the parking per day was a lot cheaper than the surrounding hotels I would definitely come back and stay again. Customer service was absolutely amazing. thank you guys for making this such a great trip for me my nine-year-old son and my now one-year-old, baby boy, whose birthday we celebrated.
